Description Workshop dates for 2008
Towards Living Self-Sufficiently (Ken) A full day of information on, viewing and discussing of self-sufficiency, including electrical power generation, water management, year round organic food production, medicinal herbs growing and usage, composting, free range poultry and much more. You see it in action. Saturday

Low Allergy Wholesome diets (Giovi)

A hands on workshop on cooking with a wide range of wholesome ingredients. Learn to cook nutritious, tasty, healthy meals that are sugar, gluten/wheat, egg and dairy free. Explore the use of herbs and spices.

Wood Fired Oven
Workshop

with Alan Watt

It is principally a series of ‘hands-on’ realistic activities interspersed with discussions and practical demonstrations related to wood fired oven design; construction material selection; temperature control and measurement as well as oven operation and cooking tips. Cost $200 (15% discount for family members)

Directions to Pindari:
Pateena Rd.
- northern end starts at the Hadspen round about approx 3 km out of Prospect, Launceston, just off the NWest Coast Freeway. - southern end joins the highway between Perth & Longford approx. midway.
Norwich Dr. - is the only sealed road off Pateena Rd connecting approx 6 - 8 km from either end.
Pindari entrance - is exactly 2 km up Norwich Drive on the right side of the road. There is a number (200) and name (Pindari) on the letterbox. Turn into the drive and keep left until your reach the gate. Follow signs through gate to parking area.
