True Restorative Education Program

The Restorative Justice Program is increasingly being used within the Youth Justice system in Australia and overseas. This document encourages positive change to this program so that offenders are helped through peaceful rehabilitation rather than via a punitive justice system. This, by education on the implications of spiritual truth as it affects both offenders and also enforcers using this program, and to expose the little known or understood reality of how spirits influence human behavior through thought interpolation. This is the principle factor affecting all non-peaceful, anti-social behavior at all levels within communities.
This document is written primarily for those working within the Youth Justice system but it is applicable to all 'justice' systems.

There is an undercurrent of increasing social disorder in our communities that is exampled in our schools by increasing aggression, bullying, disrespect and class room disharmony.

Man is of body, mind and spirit and the mostly ignored spiritual aspect of our reality is what is discussed here in relation to children's offensive behavior in a school setting, and how this can be managed by staff via a positive education program.

This document necessarily raises the reality that there is Creator that some call God and others Allah, that the Creator is real and has a Command of us to: Love one another and code of conduct to: Go your way in peace and only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving, and one universal Law being: What you do to others will be done to you - or - As you sow so you reap.

The adherence to the Command and understanding and educating on the implications of the Law in any restorative program, is integral to and necessary for the positive, peaceful and educative resolution (peaceful rehabilitation) of any conflict of any nature, at any time in any place.

To do otherwise than use peaceful means, is to invoke the negative aspect of the Creator's Law, and those so acting in denial of the Command, within that Law will automatically ahead receive a return upon themselves of the un-loving acts they committed.

The Restorative 'Justice' program thus needs renaming and re-structuring so as to be a Peaceful Rehabilitation and Restorative Education program. The word 'justice' and the application of 'justice' needs to be removed from the program, for within the Creator's Law, justice is always done. God's Law is functioning and will always function despite any mandate or rule or regulation of man. The Law is inviolate, immutable and inevitable. There is no such thing within the ambit of our Creator's omnipresence, omnipotence and omniscience, as a 'lack of justice'. (Refer to www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk/web/godslaw1.htm)

With the above knowledge, it behooves all those working in the educative and 'correctional' punitive systems to consider its implications for themselves and to re-educate themselves and change their mottos operandi accordingly so they comply with our Creator's Command and do not invoke the negative aspect of the Law upon themselves. In the schooling systems this is not only important as a means of positively addressing behavioral problems peacefully within our Creator's Command, but that offending children are taught the reasons how conflict via spirit influence is incited and they are shown by example, the peaceful and positive way of 'dealing with conflict'. As a matter for consideration for those educators reading this document, in the current Restorative program, offending children are asked 'what happened'? To which they often reply 'I don't know what happened'! The above Feeling Easier Seminar program answers that question and provides the means by which the offender can 'reinforce' their minds so they are less likely to offend again. Children and adults need to be made aware that destructive thoughts do enter our minds from dark spiritual realms that do instantaneously inspire our hurtful actions and that we all need to build 'mind protection', (refer www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk/starpray.htm ) so we are more able to resist acting out the thoughts.
