~ The legality of Council to 'pursue' the community it serves ~
I have examined the Rates & Charges 'Budget' submitted to you by the Midlands Shire Council that in their mind 'legalises' their persecution and subsequent prosecution of you, being a person residing within the 'boundaries' delineated by them as the area in which they provide 'services' to.
The 2003/2004 expenditure is given as $ 10,540,286.oo, and their revenue raised by 'levy' and other means as $ 12,392,855.oo - giving a surplus income of some $ 1,852,029.oo - - - nearly two million dollars.
There is no need for me to look deeper into these figures, for it is merely 'proof of expenditure' and the 'justification' for extortion and, - - - the issue at 'stake' here is merely the 'right' in God's sight for an organisation to maintain its income and expenditure at the expense of those it is supposed to serve.
Further to this provision of 'service,' there is the aspect of coercion, extortion, and punishment meted out to any that cannot or do not comply with the fiscal demands imposed by force of arms.
The simple fact of the matter is, that the Council 'organisation' is not a public Service Provider as such, it is an imposing force that 'selfishly' commands and demands whatever 'recompense' it deems as necessary to support its daily activities and, - - -
Any person that 'fails' to meet its demands is literally 'sold up' and forced to move away or punished by being held hostage in a 'cell' for a time, and that 'shows' other members of the community that it can carry out this dark 'affair' with impunity.
The above 'papers' submitted to you a few days 'prior' to you being taken 'hostage' by State forces and jailed, was but a 'token' effort to prove to you that their monetary 'need' was legal and 'Just,' they are neither for, - - -
The Council 'management' are but servants of the people that are acting 'out of bounds' and 'out of control' in the eyes of God and all sane men. For they arrogantly force members of the community into 'submission' and coerce them into meeting payments under duress.
Regrettably the 'rules' raised up by council officers also force the police personnel into becoming complicit to invasion, coercion, abduction, and the incarceration of members of the public. They believe these 'acts' to be normal and legitimate, they are not.
And none of them see that under the ONE Law of God, (As you sow so shall ye reap - on an eye for an eye basis) that their offensive behavior incurs a 'Just' and painful return penalty and, at some stage ahead in this world or the next they are also forced to 'suffer' the same impoverishment and dread that they imposed during their 'mercenary' duty to political forces.
It is truly the time for the police to become a TRUE community peace force that only 'hauls in' people that do disturb the peace of the land and to also serve the community that pays its wage, rather than give its support to 'greedy' council and politicians and waging 'war' upon members of the community.
I can but 'suggest' that you advise the Council and the other members of the community that from now on you will pay even less as an annual 'offering' to the Welfare and upkeep of the community services, as you do not wish to also pay for the upkeep of their private policing army and, - - -
That they need to understand that as they are using community funds to pay for solicitors and a prosecution force to fight against the community they are supposed to serve, then it shows that their wages are too high.
Any 'serving' (Public servant) community member that uses their 'position' as one wherein they do impose extortionist demands upon their 'Employer' are evil, arrogant, and ignorant and, they are in need of good counsel from their God.
For no man or group has the right to 'hound' or sell up or punish any member of the community for any reason, let alone the one whereby they for any reason are not able or willing to fund the provision of 'welfare or service' to others or self.
It is the 'expansionist' way of 'governing' departments that has led to the impoverishment of humanity, and it is now the time for this to be brought to a HALT by every sane person saying: 'Enough is enough' and, it is also the time for service providers to 'cut the cloth to suit the coat' as they make use of donations freely given by the community for the community.
It is also the time for the Community services departments to be 'headed' by people of integrity rather than being 'headed' by a cold and punitive book of RULES.
