Letter to Editor John Watson - The Country Courier
Dear Ed, It is with interest that I have followed your article (May 2002) Northern Midlands Council v/s Atherton to the Court case that was supposedly "heard" on May 13.
For it "shows" the nature of the "beast" that controls the minds of the "heavies" in society who have the self-mandated authority of impropriety backed by guns to attain their goal, being to extract monies from "clients" or send them to gaol.
In this instance the magistrate "Wilson" whom one would assume was an impartial "adjudicator" for truth and justice summarily "dismissed" the statement of submission by Ken Atherton saying that its "admission" as his defence was "out of order" due to him "failing" to "plead" guilty or not guilty to the charge laid at his feet by Council.
As God's messenger of truth, it is my "decision" for the "common" good of all readers of your paper and the magistrate and Council to speak to magistrate Wilson on behalf of community elder Atherton and for our God who now writes via my sacred pen, for none yet "hear" God say: "My one Law stipulates 'As you sow, so shall ye reap,' aye and multitudes are soon to now weep." I write for Atherton:
"Dear Mr. Wilson. It is not only apparent but also a shame that a man such as you takes on the 'mantle' of authority and then in God's eyes inflict a penalty of impropriety upon another man because you 'say' that I have not complied to the 'way' that you operate in your society that 'stipulates' that any failing to plead guilty or not guilty is assumed guilty.
You declined before God to 'listen' to my 'statement' because it might have had the capacity to make you repent, so now you 'summarily' dismiss my 'case' and formerly go 'ahead' and wield a mace against me by 'backing' the Council who also in God's eyes are 'bedevilled with iniquity.
You 'Sir' are a fraud and you will need shoulders 'broad' when your soul falls below and the truth of God's Holy Word you get to know. You 'Sir' will be judged as you judged me and 'dismissed summarily' and your 'voice' unheard for an eternity."
- - - ends.Dear Ed, for any of your readers who might like to read the "unheard" statement by submission of Mr. Atherton, I have placed it and this note on my web site. (this is to be found as letter 12.)
Sincerely, Terence Malaher (The spirit of truth)
