I am in receipt of your letter "reminding" me of your prior statement that I "failed" to vote at the above elections.

I also note that you state that I have "two options," the first being to provide a "valid and sufficient reason for not voting," or to "pay a penalty of $20" by a given date.

Your letter then goes on to inform me that if I fail to do as demanded above, "the Tasmanian Electoral Commission may institute proceedings for an offence under section 181 of the Electoral Act 2004."

You write to me as a representative of the institution that calls itself The State Government of Tasmania. You write with a demand and a coercive threat of punishment if I fail to comply via way of a "satisfactory" explanation or dollars paid, to your requirements according to a book of rules, rules that are the legislative decrees of this state that you are paid a wage to uphold and enforce.

The punitive and retributive nature of these rules deny and are contra to God's Command that we Love one another and God's Code of Conduct that we only be loving, compassionate, merciful, forgiving and that we live in peaceful co-existence.

As your institution proves that its "doctrinal" belief is one of "inquisitiveness, coercion, threat, and punishment," I am not a person "liable" to be "judged" by your system as I am obviously not of the same doctrinal belief (religion), as it is my belief that I should heed God's Command and live according to God's Commanded Code of conduct and only be loving, compassionate, merciful, forgiving and to live in peaceful co-existence with one another.

I thus choose to live my religion of peaceful co-existence and to not be "complicit" to any voting and thus supportive of the invasive and punitive processes of your institution as that is my God-given right and also backed by the formative Australian Constitution and Constitution Act of the institution you serve (refer below) that both clearly state that persons adhering to a different belief system (religion) are free to go their way showing their allegiance to their God as they live in accordance to the "only love" Command of their God.

Your actions on behalf of the legislated rules are as said contra to God's Code of Conduct and are further proof that your State Government of Tasmania employer is a dark organisation and is a fundamental dark religion, the proof of "being a religion" being given below via the extract that I quote from the web page:

This State 'Order' or 'Organisation,' that is 'similar' to every other national or international 'body' calling itself 'The Government' is a proven 'Religion' in common with all other religious organisations, because the State Religion has the following aspects:

1 - Its workers and 'followers' fund and condone and support IT and ITS ways, being all the people within the 'borders' that its 'enforcers' control. Its workers and 'followers' are required to condone and support all ITS Statutes, Rules & regulations without question.

2 - Like all other religions, the people are required to financially support the hierarchy of 'ministers.' But unlike other religions, membership of the State Religion is not a choice since, through legislation enacted by the State religion, membership is mandatory. This means that any person wishing to reside in the State of Tasmania is forced to belong to the State Religion.

3- One of the main tenets of the State Religion is an indoctrinated belief that it is a 'Superpower' (God), and this is evidenced by its absolute power to make all 'obey' and 'bow' to its dictates and, - - - it is worshipped as the 'guide & benefactor' and ruler of all on the land.

4 - The superpower (god) worshipped by the State Religion is "The Legislation" which, upon progress through various rituals (presented and debated in Lower House, Upper House) is enshrined in a "Holy Book." No legal procedure can be undertaken without reference to this "Holy Book" in which are written all precedents under the Law. (Its Law).

5 - Those employed by any 'governing' (system or religion) may be kind & friendly, but in the course of their duty, they become callous & merciless & unkind because their 'conduct' towards you and all is 'determined' by the RULES contained within the 'bible' of their 'demi-god' religion (The rules & statutes they hold sacred).

6 - The expression of this belief is by ones daily conduct, and it is a specific manner of belief and conduct, and all 'kneel' at ITS 'feet' as they follow and conform with ITS ideology.

7 - Everyone in the State is forced to express their belief in the State Religion through their daily conduct which is totally circumscribed - e.g. one must vote, one must pay taxes to support the Legislators, one must build their house in just such a way, one must - - conform in every way to its dictates.

Mark, you seem to have forgotten that you are supposed to be a servant of the people that pay your wage. You seem to have forgotten that there is an Almighty God that forbids the use of force or coercive tactics when dealing with His other children.

The activities of the elders of your institution have become so arrogant over the years that both they and you are unaware that your own invasive, demanding and punitive activities have exceeded the mandate granted to you within your own Constitution and Constitution Act.

Australian CONSTITUTION
Section 116

[Freedom of religion]

The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.

I refer to the above <or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, > and state that: "It is my religious belief that I do not have to belong to or submit to or vote for any institution of man that has an "opposing" religious belief to mine, and that I am free to go my way without 'let or hindrance' from officers of any institution of man that is by God and I seen to be in defiance of, and in contravention of God's commanded code of conduct."

(The qualifications of "public order" being about living in peaceful co-existence and morality about living righteously according to God's Commanded Code of Conduct)

Rule 46(1) provides in "your" rules, a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion. (Dictionary: Religion – “A system of belief in the 'worship of' a supernatural power or God.”)

Rule 46(2) provides in "your" rules that "No person shall be subject to any disability ... on account of his religion or religious belief" and yet through my religious belief in only peaceful co-existence and thus choice to not be supportive of yours and your employer's contra doctrinal beliefs, you would have me comply to your demands or suffer the disability of a penalty of $20 and or "the Tasmanian Electoral Commission may institute proceedings for an offence under section 181 of the Electoral Act 2004."

As I am guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion by God as well as within your Constitution and Constitution Act, and as my “religious belief” is that I must only “worship” God through obedience to the Command of God, I so do, as I cannot serve two masters having “conflicting” ideals, and I choose to serve the one I love and adore, as is my God given right and your “The Constitution Acts” right.

You seem to have also forgotten that both you and I and all of humanity are subjects of the Almighty, subject to His Command to: "Go our way in peace," and subject to His superior: "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law.

I remind you of the reality and immutability and inevitability of this God's singular Law and the karmic consequences for all of us if not heeding God's love one another Command. For under God's Law, all pain we inflict on others will ahead at the hands of others be inflicted upon us and I would remind you of this fact so that you may choose to avoid causing further pain to yourself through your infliction of painful acts on others.

As it appears that you contain my name and address on your electoral role of voters for your religion and I am not a member of this organisation, I ask that you remove my name from this role forthwith.
