Ref ..................................................................
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am in receipt of your letter requiring me to give you information about another person.
I also observe that your 'ask' is backed by a 'potential demand' for compliance using a rule in your book of statutes as your 'justification' authority to force me to give you a 'satisfactory' answer. Ref. section 194 of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
I simply state that I do not wish to as I do not want to involve myself in the affairs of others, and neither do I wish to answer any 'questions' as to the 'ways' of others.
If you think that others may be in 'error' and wish to question the facts as given to you by them then that is your choice but not in using me, for I retain my democratic freedom of choice to not be a 'respondent' for as said, I do not wish to involve myself in the affairs of others.
As I see it, your 'ask' of me is you prying using me.
The 'ask' by you for me to answer questions could be used by you to use me as your 'witness' in a prosecution case.
The 'ask' by you for me to answer questions could be used by you to 'condemn' and punish someone. This contravenes my 'peaceful & merciful' religious beliefs.
If you wish to penalize me for failing to satisfy your 'rules' then that is error on your part but you are free to do whatever you choose to.
I choose the right to not be 'complicit' to any investigative process as that is my God-given right and also backed by the Constitution of the institution you serve (refer below) that clearly states that persons adhering to a different belief system (religion) are free to go their way showing their allegiance to their God as they live in accordance to the ‘only love’ love Command of their God.

[Freedom of religion] |
|
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth. |
I refer to the < or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, > and state that: "It is my religious belief that I do not have to belong to or submit to any institution of man that has an 'opposing' religious belief to mine, and that I am free to go my way without 'let or hindrance' from officers of any institution of man that is by God and I seen to be in defiance of, and in contravention of God's commanded code of conduct."
As your institution proves that its ' doctrinal' belief is one of 'inquisitiveness, coercion, threat, and punishment,' I am not a person 'liable' to be 'judged' by your system as I am obviously not within its jurisdiction in my belief as well as within the 'act' above of your own Constitution.
I remind you that both you and I and all persons on this planet are subjects of the Almighty, subject to His Command to: ‘Go our way in peace,’ and subject to His superior: ‘As you sow so shall ye reap’ Law.
I thus because of my RELIGIOUS BELIEF cannot support in any way your system and thus choose to not answer your questions as the quoted rules (section 194 and 196 of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 do not apply to me as I am not a member of your religion.
The only reason I give you this reply is to
direct you to the Messiah's web site:
