Gerald Monson, General Manager
Northern Midlands Council
13 Smith St. Longford Tas 7301

26th of November 2001

Dear Gerald,

I address this letter to the Mayor, Councillors and the staff at the Northern Midlands Council. It is in regards to the article in the most recent “The Country Courier” titled “Council expresses worries on water access.”

I quote from this article where it is stated “The Council is concerned that the monopolistic authority which has been given a statuary public gift could apply a water charge which appears to exceed its value five-fold.”

I draw your attention to the enclosed extract from the “Forestry Document” drawn from the web page: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk
where the truth in regards to the usage and ownership of water is given for the planetary community.

I also draw your attention to the parallel situation in relation to the Council’s “striking of rates” where those resident in the designated area of the council are forced to pay a “rate” of money for services.

Both situations are based on “monopolistic authority” “statuary” controls and both are un-loving and defy God’s call to be non-controlling and non-demanding.

What may be seen here is the karmic process in action of God’s One Law being what you do to others will be done to you where the Council and its employers, the rate payers are receiving back negative acts that they have done as employees and paid for as employers others, often their own employers.

Please examine carefully what is shared on this issue and to the reported other Council involved matter in relation to the anti-social behaviour reported in the Longford area. Enclosed is a copy of a letter to the Tasmania Police in regards to the need for a new direction in “offence” management where the emphasis is on education rather than fines and imprisonment.

I enclose a CDrom of the mentioned web page for your ease of access to the information mentioned.

Yours sincerely,

Ken Atherton
