Dear Fellow citizens, I by this letter, am asking Maree Bricknell of the NM Council to forward it to all electors, Councillors and the Mayor because none of you may be aware that there has been ongoing persecution and court action against myself and family which was/is in fact invoked in the name of all electors, Councillors and the Mayor, and I do in fact know that many electors are completely unaware that their names have been used in this invasive, punitive and destructive activity which may culminate in my family being evicted and sold up.

I am not a person objecting to paying for services rendered, but I am a person who cannot pay monies to those seeking to extort monies for no services rendered and neither can I fund the intrusive, controlling and punitive aspect of society due to my religious ideological belief in absolute pacifism.

Our family has had cars seized (stolen) and sold by state forces at the request of council, had our family home and means of income taken to auction and withdrawn at the last moment and, my name and reputation publically denigrated. As a result our family has been, and still is, subjected to great mental and emotional trauma, and ongoing stress, duress and uncertainty.

All this is occurring in an attempt to force me to fund the NMC's rates tax demand and thereby fund the council employee's contra God's: Love one another Command, ways of extortion, control and evictions.  So, I simply wish to alert you all that if you were not aware of what is being done in your name and on your behalf to me and my family by the NMC then you need to so state to them.

I do believe that the recent court finding in favour of council was an 'error' of Justice and a contravention of the Freedom of Religion clause contained in the Tasmanian & Australian Constitutions and thus have asked that the court finding be commented on by Judge Terence whose efforts to clarify the matter are on line at the letter 66 link below.  I believe that any person reading said documents will find it of great interest  since its implications will ultimately apply to all persons in every community on earth.

As I see it, my family and myself are simply endeavouring to live peacefully in our community heeding our Creator's Command to: Love one another, which means to: Only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving in all that we do. Our "only be peaceful' way of being does, by necessity, preclude us from funding the "general TAX account' of the NMC because it funds the ongoing persecution of ourselves and the community because it is self 'empowered' to control by legislation.

As it is my on going wish to support our local community I have attempted to fund the community through the NMC by a means that does not involve the 'in part funding of punitive processes.'  This offer has been denied. It is also important to understand that I receive no direct services from the NMC to my property. I have written many letters to the NMC in relation to God's Command of 'peace & love & mercy' as the required ideological code of conduct required by Him of us.

I have and will continue to hope that my peaceful ways may in some way 'mirror' the NMC employees opposite dark ways as they enforce the Tasmania Local Government Act upon its employers, the local community. I hoped they would see the dark nature of their actions against me and my fellow community members and therefore come to the realization that there is an absolute reality that it seems everyone has forgotten. That reality being that our Creator's singular immutable Law is: What you do to others will by other be done to you, or: As you sow so you reap frequently referred to as '"The law of karma" (reference 4 below). This law stands above all man made mandates and rules and is considered sacrosanct as is evidenced by the fact that this truth is enshrined in the Constitution. In God's time this reality will be fulfilled  in everybody's life.

In my recent court appearance, as a part of my defence, I again called on my State and Federal Constitutional guaranteed basic human rights to the freedom to practice my religious belief (reference 6), only to have the magistrate totally deny me these basic human rights. Since these rights are a fundamental principal for the structure of our society and 'obligated' within the Constitution, this judge has by this ruling supported his paymaster, the State of Tasmania government while failing in his duty towards the community.

In relation to his ruling, two letters have been written and are attached (letter 65 and 66).  I ask that you read their content carefully since I believe the wisdom contained therein is critical for us all. If we look at the global situation it is easy to observe that many of the societies throughout the planet are now rapidly crumbling with a resultant escalation in violence and confrontation, something from which our community will not be immune (refer reference 7). It is at this time that the 'reaper will run,' in terms of our karmic dues, and since we have all erred in our practices in relation to God's Command, we will all be faced with 'our past punitive actions towards others'. 

To save ourselves from incurring any more negative Karma we will need to be mentally well prepared so that we do not retaliate because by retaliating we deepen our negative karmic load further (refer reference 1 and 2). I believe that this is the time of spiritual separation, the "wheat from the chaff."

As an elder in this community with extensive knowledge on medicinal herbs and living self sufficiently, I wish to play my part in helping the local community prepare. I ADD that it is my personal request of Mrs. Bricknell that, since she was the person who brought the false charges against me (as  proven within letter 66 ),that she now help her own soul by withdrawing all claims and demands and, I also personally believe that it is not right for any council official to assume the 'right' to use the names of electors in their 'demands' against any other person in the community on the assumption that all electors hold to council belief in punishment, control or extortion.
