Dear Gerald,
I am in receipt of your 'notice'
of rates & arrears. This is but a 'friendly' reminder to you that all
who demand monies as their due because of enactment's that
they believe are 'true' are in fact untrue to their own souls.
Thus this note is to advise you
that in my mind there are NO 'arrears' due and I but enclose as my
'contribution' for the year ending 30 June 2002 an amount of $ ... that I
believe is an equitable amount that I can 'summons' from my meagre annual
earn this financial year.
I also advise you that the time
of the coming 'spear' draws daily more near and thus I ask that you do take
more than a 'reasonable' amount of time to entwine with God's fresh message
to humanity that stands up high on the Internet sky at < http://www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk

I do believe that every
'Council' will needs now take a deep 'breath' and look to their deeds for I
for one do see the depth of depravity whereby man has controlled man
and used man to 'extort' monies by threat and fine and punishment. I see
that 'this' nature of 'way' is one misspent and thus much suffering is due
to all who continue to be untrue to themselves.
