to local councils that will bring you up-to-date with the current situation
and that may help you to make a personal decision as to how you personally
stand in your circumstances.

Dear Sir,
I am drawn to forward
this submission regarding the Council’s intention to develop an action plan
in response to anti-social behaviour around Launceston, principally by youths.
(Examiner April 9th and 19th)
I understand that the
council has employed the services of the 3P Consulting Company to develop this
plan and ask that this submission be considered.
The Examiner article (9th
April) refers to the Council’s intent to “fight antisocial behaviour’
and I draw attention to the fact that in ‘fighting’ anti-social behaviour,
even though this may have been said figuratively, it implies the use of force
to initiate change. Any use of force is an anti-social act in itself and only
leads to an escalation of conflict between the parties concerned. An example
of this reality is currently being witnessed in the Middle East.
I believe that to
initiate positive change in anti-social behaviour, education is required, not
the use of punitive force that could be used if the police are involved.
There is an absolute
and universal Law being: What you do to
others will be done to you. Thus any use of
force begets an equal ‘return’ ahead on an ‘eye for an eye’ basis and
it also denies our Creator’s: Love one
another Command.
There is now a profound
understanding of spiritual truth available from the pen of the returned spirit

This message explains the reasons why violence and confrontation is now
reaching a global pandemic, and that is the base cause of all anti-social
behaviour.

organizations in regards to the peaceful rehabilitation of offenders via the
“Feeling Easier Seminar,” and gives guidance and information on the need
to prepare for what is about to ‘arrive’ in all communities.

Dear Maree,
It has been some time since we have communicated
and much, much has happened both locally and internationally since that time.
The global community is in dire straits and I am urged via inspiration to pass
a copy of a recent letter to the Launceston Council to yourself and ask that a
copy be forwarded to the NMC General Manager.

Dear Maree
Hello again Maree, it is not ‘my’ balance
that is escalating it is your believed total that you are attempting to
extort from me as you deny God’s Command to: Only be
loving.
As I receive no direct services from the NMC and
have no contract for services, in God’s eyes I owe nil. I have tried to
support my local community via the NMC and NOT fund its dark, unloving ways
and twice it has been not accepted.
It is a matter of to whom you give your
allegiance, to God and God’s Command or to, in your case, the State
Government of Tasmania and its books of man-made rules. I definitely choose
God and God’s Love one another Command.
Sadly the Law of God being: What you do to
others will be done to you is forgotten and ignored to the spiritual
peril of all. For at this time as humanity faces the last days of this
civilization when the reaper will run and the human ‘wheat from the chaff’
separation occurs, it will be exquisitely difficult for those enforcers such
as yourself within the systems of man to heed God’s call of
Only Peace, and thus not retaliate as all the pain and suffering they
have inflicted on others returns to them.
Surely you can now see the dire state of the
planet with increasingly extreme weather patterns, volcanism and tectonic
plate movement, wars (Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan) and fuel price increases
due to the fact that we have now passed peak oil production. And increasing
violence and confrontation globally.
I thus write again in hope that you may see the
importance of heeding the Light of God and not man.

Escalating Rate Balance
Dear Madam, Kenneth has sent me a
copy of your letter containing the words < Your
rate balance is escalating and now has an outstanding balance of $13,125-60. >
and as his spiritual counselor I would like to comment on that as
well as his response to you, for it was not fully what you needed to hear
albeit you have previously been given 'enough' to come to a personally
informed decision as to whether you will continue to use your position as a
means of 'coercion' or, to make
'peace' with God and man and your own sweet soul.
Regrettably you are still living in
the delusion that you 'somehow' are within your 'rights' to 'put the pressure
on' seeing not that within the precepts of the powers of the Constitution of
Australia the 'attempt' to extort funds from God's children on the land that
do NOT 'follow' your doctrinal belief is an 'attack' upon their
'freedom of religion' choice and of itself, your 'demands' are seen by God AND
the Constitutional 'texts' as a criminal 'act' - because you are
'guilty' in the eyes of both for causing civil unrest,
- - - disturbing the peace of the land and, it appears that it
is your 'choice' to inflict mental and emotional 'trauma' upon Kenneth
as you do by your 'reminder,' so I remind you that you will suffer the same
ahead within the immutable Law of God.
You as many believe that the
'British' policy of going forth over land and sea and 'conquering' lands and
imposing 'servitude' forcefully by the 'act' of some men making a public
statement of 'ownership of all' gives you the 'right' to attempt to seize
money from those that are proven to NOT follow your system of belief, and
neither do they ask for the services you offer them, and the money you demand
is for services you have NOT even 'rendered.'
How do you 'stand' in the eyes of the
Creator and within the 'eye' of His LAW? That is for you to decide, but
as I speak for all mankind including you as my spiritual sister all I can say
is:
"Please look now to the future
and try and OBEY God's Command and try and OBEY the 'freedom of religion"
Mandate granted unto your 'lower' authority in the land, for even though
politicians 'swerve' away from their 'own' Constitutional rules, maybe it
would be best for YOU to take the matter to the High Court of the Land
before you instigate any 'move' against your spiritual brother.
For if they are given the 'facts' then it will probably assist you and
everyone to a better understanding of their 'rights' in the eyes of God AND
the Constitution.
The present 'belief' in the eyes of
those as you wielding 'power' over your 'masters' the people is, that if they
wish to 'complain' then it is incumbent upon them to take the matter to
the higher authority, and I simply wish to state that those that believe that
they can get away with 'murder' simply because they carry the 'gun' are so
foolish and arrogant that their SOUL deserves its eternal future in the
abyss of absolute desolation, merciless persecution and eternal agony of
suffering.
PLEASE now by the power of your hand
place a 'docket' in Kenneth Atherton's folder stating: "By
the power of my official position in this office I 'warrant' and state that in
my personal opinion K. A. has not been given the services we 'use' as the
means to demand money from him and, I believe that within the Constitutional
powers granted unto him ad myself that he now is a free man and, I revoke all
prior and monetary demands and thus reduce his 'statement' to ZERO with the
proviso that he will be receiving no more 'notices' of any kind from this
office in my name as his name is deleted from our 'lists' as a 'rate'
payer."
Do this for yourself Maree and help
the whole world, Kenneth and me, for it is truly the time for all mankind to
see that men of 'peace' do not have to 'grease'
the 'palms' of those carrying guns as 'back up' for they do have 'immunity'
granted within the Constitution as well as by their Creator
"As long as they do not disturb the peace of the land."
