Is the local Council 'god'?

The insanity of rule by 'rules'

As all now see every community Council that is supposed to be a 'fare-ye-well' organisation has for long now been the 'thorn' in the 'foot' of man, for the rules that are used to 'rates TAX' and used to RULE with an iron fist have become more intrusive, controlling, regulatory and 'taxing per fee' for each and every activity of man and, - - -

There is now absolute punitive subjugation for any person seeking to have the freedom of their 'rights,' conscience, belief, or validity of their 'Freehold title,' all supposedly guaranteed by the Constitution, the monarchy, and even our God, for any person that 'plods' quietly along without disturbing the peace of others.

Why do 'we' the community allow such control with such impunity? Simply due to the fact that all now have been conditioned to believe the 'gov' be it State, federal or 'local' is in fact our God and our father, and none 'question the right of 'some' to rule us using 'decrees' named 'rules' or 'the law' etc., and to punish us for any failure to comply.

The 'rules' are naught but the 'proclamations' of mortal men, and 'the law' is in fact the 'gun' carried by mercenary men and used to enforce, so in fact our 'rulers' are naught but 'extortionist' slave masters driving everyone insane due to their never-ending needs, wants, desires etc., for which they demand 'protection money' and, - - -

Anyone trying to go their way with their conscience or God as their true 'head of house' Monarch is fined, jailed and ostracized or, their goods are seized and confiscated or, worse still, their home is 'auctioned' and they are banished to live in poverty.

As I see it, every local Council (Community service provider org) needs to be headed by a 'body' of wise 'locals' who 'manage' the community provision of services, and this 'department' should be similar to any other 'contractor' in that its services are 'offered' on an individual basis to community members that have the right to accept or decline said services, and the only difference being that the 'community services of Council' are charged at a low cost price with no 'profit' so as to be a true 'welfare' organisation.

There must be no 'standing' rates charge that is imposed forcefully upon anyone, for that way is soon now to collapse for more than one reason.

Politicians have invoked 'latter day' rules that contravene the 'Freehold title' papers; Refer;

PROPERTY RIGHTS　in AUSTRALIA

Australia is a Common Law country, and property-owners have rights at law, particularly through the High Court ruling by Mr. Justice Kirby in September 1998. Property owners whose land is held under Deeds in Fee Simple have the right to refuse to agree to the takeover of their land for this or any other purpose.

Private Property Owners and their Rights:

Property Owners’ Rights in Australia are guaranteed in three ways by three different legal instruments, as under…　

(1)　　 Deeds in Fee Simple
(2)　　 Magna Carta 1215, and
(3)　　 The Bill of Rights 1688/9

Under the current laws in Australia, both State and Federal, it is absolutely illegal for the Government "to take what it wants", or indeed to dictate in any way what property-owners must do or not do in regard to their lands held under Deeds in Fee Simple so long as we retain our Common Law status under our legally unchangeable Christian Monarchical Constitutions, which apply both State and Federally.

Certain politicians are trying illegally to change our unchangeable (except via referendum) Federal Constitution, because they want to deny people the right to hold private property under our Monarchical laws.

Evidence of present protection of our rights through "Fee Simple" 　

In the High Court of Australia, in a decision in the case The Commonwealth v New South Wales, Justice Isaacs spoke of "fee simple" as follows…　

"In the language of the English law, the word fee signifies an estate of inheritance (Freehold Title) as distinguished from a less estate… A fee simple is the most extensive in quantum, and the most absolute in respect to the rights, which it confers, of all estates known to the law. It confers, and since the beginning of legal history it always has conferred, the lawful right to exercise over, upon, and in respect to, the land, every act of ownership which can enter into the imagination, including the right to commit unlimited waste; and, for all practical purposes of ownership, it differs from the absolute dominion of a chattel, in nothing except the physical indestructibility of its subject. Besides these rights of ownership, a fee simple at the present day confers an absolute right, both of alienation inter vivos and of devise by will."

What do the Courts do when council employees bring 'claims' against the people? They simply overrule Constitutional law and this 'Treason' goes unnoticed, and everyone 'buckles' and coughs up their last penny to save losing their family home. Council simply 'evicts' people for more than one reason, even land owners living to close to the receding shoreline.

I for one am 'fed up' with being ruled by rules invoked by other vain, ignorant and arrogant mortals, and have decided to 'rebuff' Council demands for 'money' as I now refuse to fund any person or institution that uses some or any of said funds to punish others, interfere in the lives of others or to in any way 'impoverish' others or to cause others mental or emotional trauma.

Why is it so? Because I believe that I have NO right to condone, support, or fund any institution that 'injures' any other community member, for that would place me in contravention of God's Command : "Love one another and go your way in peace and be merciful, compassionate and forgiving" and, I believe that it would place me into the punitive aspect of God's ONE Law: "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you."

To coerce me into giving in to council demands the Northern Midlands Council recently placed my home up for public auction. I did not attend the auction and Council withdrew my home at the last moment. However, they still now make their demands even though I live on a 'farm' and do not use their water, waste or sewerage facilities.

For your interest I attach my 'letter 52' written to the Northern Midlands Council Corporate services manager on 29th of August 2009. There are links therein that will be of interest. Every Council code of conduct today is malignant. I believe that it is time for change to the 'benign.'
