~ Statement by submission (2) to the Northern Midlands Council ~
Ref: Auction of property 200 Norwich drive – LONGFORD

 Be advised that subsequent to my letter dated 20th August I have been approached by a 'concerned' community member who has advised me that he will attend the Auction today (21st August @ 1300 hours) and 'bid' and purchase the property so that I do not lose it, and he will thereafter sell it back to me.

 I wish to advise you that I was not 'comfortable' within myself as to the moral aspect of this, thus I again sought legal and moral counsel on this matter so that the community as a 'whole' including yourselves would benefit from the 'findings.'

 I have been advised of the following:

 1 – I am advised that the people that 'bid' at this auction will be the ignorant, the unscrupulous or the 'helpful' seeking to assist me in some way. The unscrupulous will be those seeking to 'gain' from my loss, and the ignorant are the unwary that know not what they do unto themselves, and in fact all above are the 'ignorant and unwary.'

 2 – I am advised that if or 'when' a sale by auction is completed, it simply means that the 'Council' have accomplished their 'mission' of extortion, and they have 'passed the buck' onwards to an unsuspecting person that has unknowingly purchased stolen property and is in receipt of stolen property.

 3 – I am advised that the purchaser is a person that has placed a very dangerous 'hex' being a spell upon themselves because, they have taken over the punitive 'role' of Council in that if I do not buy the land from them so they 'recoup' their costs, then they or another they ‘on sell’ to, will seek to 'evict' me, and by this 'act' bind their own soul to the devil and man for:

A – Becoming a 'victim' of participating in the nefarious activities of white collar criminals. (Council staff)
B – Purchasing stolen property.
C – Being in possession of stolen property.
D – Selling stolen property and/or
E – Using forceful means to invade the premises of another for the purpose of 'dispossessing them' (Myself and family) and evicting them.
F – Placing themselves within the punitive and 'painful' aspect of God's single and immutable "As you do unto others will be done unto you" Law.

 4 – I am advised that I need to 'warn' buyers and yourselves of the 'dangerous' consequences arising from the sale of my property by yourselves, be it spiritual or temporal, for any 'attempt' to use ones position of office to pass on a 'valid' or 'invalid' debt to an unsuspecting person is a fraudulent and totally immoral act and, as said,  the purchaser unknowingly places themself into 'article' (3) above and they cannot avoid the ultimate consequential result of their 'purchase' action.

Note: This applies to all 'debt collectors.'

 5 – I am advised that I cannot 'legally or morally' purchase the property from anyone, because it is still 'legally' my property, and my Title Deeds are still valid, and I cannot purchase my own property from them any more than I could from attending the auction and 'bidding' for it myself. For I cannot 'purchase' what I already own.

 6 - I am advised that the only 'honest,' legal and moral way forward to bring about a satisfactory conclusion to this 'story' is for Council staff to accept the good 'counsel' given by my personal advisor, and to step back and away from the 'grave' temporal and spiritual danger they could soon be placing themselves into, and dragging other unsuspecting people along with them.

 This letter is issued 'Without prejudice' and for the benefit of Tasmanians and all mankind.
