Ref: Property at 200 Norwich Drive LONGFORD listed for auction on the 21st of August.

 

I am in receipt of the document prepared by Barristers and Solicitors 'Shields Heritage' being 'Particulars & Conditions of Sale by Auction' of the above property at 200 Norwich Drive LONGFORD. 

 

Under part 1 -  'Particulars of Sale', the Northern Midlands Council (NMC) is referred to as "the Vendor," and by so implying, the Northern Midlands Council  has therefore taken ownership of said property.

 

I write to ask: "May I purchase this property on a date prior to it being auctioned for sale, and if so, what price is asked by you for me to complete the transaction?
