Dear Maree,

I have received your letter of notification dated the 22nd of July that my property is to be sold at auction on the 21^st of August at 1 pm by the Northern Midlands Council through the services of Harcourts – Northern Midlands, 2/30 Marlborough St . LONGFORD TAS 7301 .

I write requesting the terms, conditions and procedures of the auction, along with details as to what is actually being sold and in the event of our home being sold, how long after the auction before we are evicted.

I also request details of the scale of fees and other charges that will be incurred by me in the sale of my property and if there will be a reserve and its value?
