An Open Letter

Dear Mark,

I am in receipt of your letter dated the 6th of March 2009 wherein you advise me of the forced sale of my property within 90 days if I do not pay you a sum of money for "rates in arrears for a period of 4 years" that you claim I owe the Northern Midlands Council. I detail below the reasons how and why this has come about so that you may look more deeply into the matter before 'proceeding' for to do so would be 'grave' error 'Constitutionally' as well as spiritually. 

Many years ago when I read the spiritual truth within the web page www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk which is the Source's final message to humanity, I began to realize the dark nature of many of the actions of governments as they regulate, steal, interfere, condemn, punish, sell up and extort funds from the populations they control.

At that time I re-affirmed my allegiance to God by heeding His/Her Command of us to: Love one another. I endeavoured to only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving whilst living in peaceful co-existence within my community, and I ceased to be a member of, vote for, and fiscally support any/all punitive organizations including the federal and state governments and I cannot succumb to their attempts at what by me is perceived as 'extortion.'

I did this because the 'religious' ideological 'way' of the State and federal systems is a 'doctrine' that opposes my 'peaceful, merciful, loving and forgiving' one, and in my ideological belief I cannot 'satisfy' my God nor my conscience if I were to condone and support fiscally or otherwise a 'punitive and controlling' doctrine that in my opinion contravenes the Command of God.

However, as I wished to continue my support for the local community, I corresponded with the Northern Midlands Council (2nd of August 2000, www.pindariherbfarm.com/ratelet/letter1.htm ) requesting a 'fully detailed list of the costing of services by the Northern Midlands Council' to my property (Pindari Herb Farm) to which I received a letter in reply containing a pamphlet that detailed the council's expenditure for that year but there were no 'details' forthcoming.

As it is my religious belief that I should heed God's Command above all else, and as I could not establish the Council's expenses directly related to my property and could only observe that the Council does naught for my property other than maintain the local roads, I chose to pay the costs for the rubbish collection and fire services, understanding that much of the funding for local roads comes from road grants from the Australian Government through the collection of fuel taxes that I pay each time I purchase fuel.

As I wished to contribute fiscally to my community to support those in need, I chose to make a freely given contribution to the local council that I strongly stipulated was to be only used for positive community purposes. (Refer: www.pindariherbfarm.com/ratelet/samplet.htm )

Since that time I have corresponded many times with the Northern Midlands Council in relation to spiritual truth around their unloving act of demanding rates, having written 40 letters in the last nine years. (www.pindariherbfarm.com/ratelet/ratelist.htm ). 

I have also endeavoured to help those within council to realize the dark nature of their actions and their dire spiritual consequences, for in my belief the reality is, that God's Law is absolute in its inevitability, being: What you sow you reap, or what you do to others will be done to you on an eye for an eye basis. And that this law is not nullified by any man-made mandate or rule or statute in any book, thus all those persecuting others on behalf of institutions such as governments and local councils will ahead suffer the same "pain" they daily cause others. I continued to pay for the rubbish and fire services and to make a God inspired contribution to the local community that I always strongly stipulated was to be only used for the positive benefit of our community, but in correspondence from the council (24/11/2003) they informed me that my freely given contribution was in part placed in the "General Rate" account that I understand is used to pay the legal and other costs in the persecution of members of the community. Thus my request was clearly being denied.

And as the council continued to harass myself and my family and had authorized heavies employed by their institution to come and terrorize my family and to steal our two cars that were then sold at auction, it became self evident that I needed to cease all funding of council's activities, as it is not only madness to continue to fund those that persecute you, but it is also 'madness' to fund a 'provision of services' organization that uses ones 'contributions' to interfere in the lives of other community members, and to harass them, persecute them and to 'dispossess' them. All 'doctrine' that is in opposition to my belief and God's Command, and it would accrue a karmic 'penalty' upon my 'head' within God's Law.

I thus ceased to use the rubbish collection service, have separately funded the Fire Service and supported our local community in other ways. I have since been taken to court over this matter where I explained to magistrate Szramka that I was of a different religious belief to the institution that employs him and of which the council is an institutional member. I informed him that I heeded God's Command to: Love one another and thus I can only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving as I live in peaceful co-existence in my community, and thus could not within my religious belief fund dark and punitive institutions having a contra 'religion ideology' such as the State Government of Tasmania and its institutions. NB. The definition of religion is: A belief in a divine or superhuman power or powers to be obeyed and worshipped as the creator (s) and ruler (s) of the universe. -Or- "Any specific system of belief, worship, conduct etc, often involving a code of ethics and a philosophy". (Webster's Dictionary of the English Language)

The government and council employees worship and obey their 'legislated' books of rules to which they give their allegiance as they hold them in reverence and as needing to be followed and obeyed. These statutes and rules of the State Government legislation require its employees to be unkind, merciless, retributive, unforgiving, punitive, controlling and destructive. Thus 'employees' are forced by rules to live a different religious belief to me, theirs being a dark religion that is contra God's Love one another Command. I informed Magistrate Szramka, that I heeded God's Command being of a different religious belief to his and the institution that he represents, and that within his own rules are provisions that guarantee my right for me to so live.

PART V - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Religious freedom

46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

     (2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief and no religious test shall be imposed in respect of the appointment to or holding of any public office.

Even with the clear and precise guarantees of religious freedom by God and both the State and Australian Constitution Acts the magistrate denied my freedom to practice my religion by stating that the above was "no defence". When questioned further on this he could only repeat his "no defence" statement.

The decision of the magistrate was in my view, an act of support for his religion and his employer being State Government of Tasmania. He committed a treasonable act under his own rules and he continued his own personal on-going religious persecution of me and my family. The fact that he was not able to allow another (myself) to have a differing religious belief, a different religion, indicates the fundamentalist nature of his religion.

The consequences of his 'legal' decision drags himself and all others involved both then, now and ahead into the negative aspect of God's: What you do to others will be done to you LAW, so that the suffering and pain, loss or deprivation my family and me experience in relation to this matter will at a time and place as apportioned by God, be suffered by them as well as you if you take up the 'cudgel' against me, a 'proven' man of peace.

And as this letter addresses the threatened sale by the Northern Midlands Council of my family's home and means of income, I remind those who were signatories to the letter and who are members of the Northern Midlands Council that their fate too lies in their own hands, and if my family ends up on the street, homeless, then that too is their fate as apportioned and when ordained by God within His absolutely 'Just' and inviolate "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law..

I can only hope that you 'Mark,' as the General Manager and signatory to the threatening letter, and the Mayor, Councillors and ratepayers of the Northern Midlands Council take stock of their actions before they 'cast the die.'

I believe that it is now most importantly the time for all citizens of the Northern Midlands district to positively support one another, and to start preparing for the difficult times ahead as un-employment grows with the accompanying loss of income, homes and property. For along with this, as food becomes scarce through the effects of climate change, increasing social unrest will occur. I ask the question of Council, what are you going to do ahead when hundreds of farmers and town residents are not able to pay the rates you demand of them? It truly is now a time for a different approach (Refer "The COUNCIL 'Blue Print" document: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk/web/blue01.htm ) being one that is loving, caring, giving and sharing. All of which lie within God's: Love one another Command and that do initiate the positive aspect of God's singular: What you do to others will be done to you Law.
