Dear Madam,

I refer to your letter of August 30^th in which you state that there is an outstanding amount of $… ..

This clearly shows me that you are in a very “insidious” position because you see not the content of my letter dated August 27^th that says on paragraph 6: “I hereby state that I cannot comply to your rate ‘ask’ as I from today can only ‘offer’ to aid the general community by the free giving of $…. this year.”

Due to your “position” of mandated power in which you think that you are personally “devoid” or “void” of any default penalty for your actions “present or to be” that you can “press ahead” and openly flaunt God’s commandment and “calmly” charge me usuric % interest on monies that you demand with its accompanying reprimand.

I thought that I had clearly shown you that the “default” lies with you and that it is I trying to aid you. For under the “rules and regulations” to which you comply it is you who is bound to enforceable steal monies off me using the “unlawful” in God’s eyes “Court of man.”

Thus if you so do then your own soul with darkness you span and any “loss or suffering” incurred by me will under God’s law of “As you sow so shall ye reap” return to thee.

Please acknowledge that you only pursue me because you believe that it is justifiable to so do under the “laws” that you work for. I have said that these “laws” and local council “rules” do not apply to me. Try and my reasoning see.

You “think” that I default in not supporting my “share” of community costs. I say that the “costs” that as yet you demand are costs that have escalated due to a “System out of control” that believes it can demand whatever it wants and if its demands are not met that it is justified in making people fret.

I have said that the “council” should be a body serving the community. It is not in its present “sorry” state. Please no longer “berate” me with $$ demands and threats and reprimands. If you take me to court then your own soul from heaven you abort.

I write this clearly to you and all Councillors. For what none can see is that the “core” operations of which you speak that need funding are projects that you demand “we” the community pay for. Even though the costs may be above our capacity to meet.

If you as my employee wish to “expand” annually any enterprise then I would expect that you first ask if I have the necessary funds to contribute.

You as an employee should not demand funding with mouths “set and resolute” and arrogantly go forwards with the pre-conceived notion that it is right just because you have “guns and courts” to help you in your “theft” fight.

This is what every employee working in a “man made” system needs see, and then of their “iniquitous ways” set themselves free. For God says: “None must demand aught off any other.”
