WITH OUT PREJUDICE

Results of Magistrates Hearing before Magistrate Mr. Szramka
26th of November 2007
In relationship to the "defence" detailed in the document (letter 38). 

The Northern Midlands Council (NMC) was represented by Executive and Liaison Officer, Lindsay Harwood. 

THE RULING

Mr. Szramka indicated that he had read my "defence" in full and ruled that my presentation submission was "no defence" and, that the Council could proceed "forthwith" to extract the monies from me they claim I owe.

When questioned on his judgment and reminded of God's Command and law, and the guaranteed constitutional acts rights of his State institution, mentioning Rule 46 (1) and (2),  Mr. Szramka repeated that it was "no defence." By his actions he chose to ignore the freedom of religion guaranteed to every citizen within the Australian Constitution and the Constitutional Act of Tasmania. This is an act of TREASON against his institution.

This also establishes and proves:

1 - This judgment means that Council 'staff' may also continue to raise up fraudulent 'service' charges against me for services that are neither provided nor asked for nor agreed to by myself, and be 'backed' by armed state forces for the 'recovery' thereof. 

2 - This 'finding' has the result that Council 'workers' (State Authority) have been 'licensed' and 'empowered' and in a sense, are now obliged to proceed against me with the backing and blessing of the court's power. Going against their own mandate of authority granted unto them by the Commonwealth and State Constitution and, the 'people' they are 'paid' to serve and, the 'ruling' in fact grants them the 'right' to steal goods from my property or your property in lieu of any supposed monetary 'debt to them' accruing.

3 - This finding also shows all of 'us' in the community that the Tasmania and Commonwealth Constitution has no 'teeth' and no 'power' to protect the religious beliefs or 'liberty' or freedom of the individual.

4 - This finding also shows all of 'us' that the magistrate clearly shows his own disregard of the authority granted unto him by the Constitution, for his statement that my submission was 'no defence' shows his inability to be true, honest and impartial for reasons known by himself and God.

The Spiritual debt factor and the remorse.

If a 'qualified' magistrate is unable to set a 'precedent' and exercise the use of the supposed 'powerful' Constitutional base of society of his own Institution, and use the relevant 'acts' to protect a citizen of the land against extortion and invasion of premises being carried out against a citizen by an 'agency' or individual, then it clearly shows that the magistrate is NOT in control of his conscience nor his 'mental' faculties, and is thus a 'possessed' person.

He is thus a person being used by the invisible Dark Sovereign Power (punitive aspect of the Source) to extract 'mercilessly' any spiritual dues accrued by me in my past when I was ignorantly funding its extortionist and punitive 'way' when its earthly 'forces' were funded and backed by my funds.

Magistrate Szramka was unable to "resist" the thought flow from the punitive and vengeful aspect of God, and he was unable to allow the clear and un-equivocal God given rights of peaceful 'living' and the Commonwealth and State constitution rights given to me to live according to my religious belief being, that I must heed God's love one another Command and live in peaceful co-existence. Instead he authorized employees and supporters of the NMC to further steal from me simply because I have a difference of opinion.

I am aware that any ongoing seizure of my property that is carried out by the ignorant backed by the power of God is simply the balancing of God's 'Scales of Justice.' For what they stole from others on a past day backed by my long ago funding became my spiritual due for my complicity, and I can but say that it is them to ahead feel the same remorse that I presently feel as they steal my property. I am aware that any funds they 'gain' from the sale of my goods has naught to do with my failure to fund Council's recent monetary demands.

1. If God sees that I still have a debt to pay Him from my past actions then I will suffer a further loss of goods at the hands of the merciless ignorant.
2. If God sees that I do not have a further debt to Him, then even though Council has been given the 'green' light I will not suffer loss.
3. For sure any person entering my property with the intent to seize goods, (steal) will 'Justly' suffer as they 'reap what they sow' on a later day.

The matter now lies in the hands of the consciousness of Northern Midlands Council employees and the police/bailiff employees as to how they interpret their rules v/s their mandate from God and their own Constitution, and how they do or do not respond to God's love one another Command is up to them as individuals.

The judgment is regrettable due to the fact that it will 'embolden' and mislead State and Council workers because, they will have been given a false sense of security and a false sense of 'impunity' against God's command. None seeing that the 'verdict' of a mere man of the 'cloth' of State is no protection against God and God's immutable "As you do is done unto you" Law.

I personally see this ongoing saga as one of opportunity to help reach my brothers and sisters with the 'reminder' that God is real and that God's Command is to love one another and only be loving, compassionate merciful and forgiving. And that God's singular "As you sow so shall you reap" LAW is the law of this earthly land and all other realms in spirit. I 'fear' for my persecutors and pray that they see the Light one day.

Be advised, the extortion demands of 'Council' will now increase with NO 'surcease' and NO 'protection' for the public against the ongoing control, regulation, extortion, strangulation, and impoverishment of all. Be as me, halt your funding of punishment, invasion, extortion and iniquity, and suffer the consequence, but do not pay any monies to the lost and ignorant for in so doing, you become more complicit to their extortion and punishment of others, for your 'rates' funds are being used to invade my premises and steal my goods and to punish others.

So when the 'tide' turns against you, then you will realise how unwise it was/is for you to fund extortion and punishment. Only fund 'sectors' or service providers that you wish to having first agreed to the terms of services you require.
