An open letter to:
Mayor, Councillors, Maree Bricknell (Corporate Services Manager) and electors
Northern Midlands Council 13 Smith St. Longford Tas 7301.

Dear Friends,

I respond to your sending me a piece of blue paper headed "The Magistrate Court of Tasmania" on which is written text claiming a sum of money based on "your" belief that I owe "overdue" rates and charges and signed by Maree Bricknell. In my opinion, the "placement" of this paper "Summons" is a coercive threat upon my family and an attempt at extortion upon myself by the members and employees of the institution called the Northern Midlands Council. 

I do not owe funds to your institution, neither I contracted for any services, and neither have I "intimated" that the amount stated to be outstanding was ever "promised" to you by me and, my property receives no ongoing services from council.

The reason why I do not submit to this attempted extortion is that; should I provide funds I would in part be funding Council's negative, anti-God, anti-love, punitive actions to persons in the community, such as exampled by your threatening letter to me. This would be contra my religious belief that I should heed God's: Love one another Command and live by God's Code of Conduct: To only be loving, compassionate, merciful, forgiving, and living in peaceful coexistence.

I have in the past contributed funds for my local community through a freely given donation to the Northern Midlands Council. I accompanied my donation with a strongly worded request that the funds given were to be used for positive help for the needy and not to fund negative actions against our community brothers and sisters. This request has been denied as evidenced in your correspondence to me on the 24th of November 2003.

Because of this and the Council's continuing persecution of me, I exercised my God given freedom of choice and dismissed the Council as the community service organization I used to help reach the needy. (Letter to Council 4th of August 2006)

This decision to so act is of profound importance me, for to not heed God's Love one another Command by funding Council's punitive processes, is to send my spirit/soul away from the Light of God towards the darkness and eternal pain. And it also invokes the negative aspect of God's singular LAW being: "As you sow so shall you reap," so that ahead I would suffer the pain that my funds "negatively" by you had caused others "despair" or frustration through the Council's activities.

I thus have issued a "defence" against your further attempted extortion and your ongoing persecution of me because of my religious beliefs. Council's actions against me are in denial of my rights as granted by God and your own constitutional rules. I attach a copy of my "defence" for your reference on these matters.

The Mayor, Councillors, electors and employees of the Northern Midlands Council now have their "right" to exercise "their" freedom of choice, being to either unwisely continue to persecute me for following the "strict" code of conduct "policy" placed upon me by our God as per my religious belief, or they can wisely "allow" me to go my way and live peacefully within this community and to contribute to this community when and how I am inspired by God.

Council has truly lost its way because, Council workers are themselves forced to "conform" to the rules contained within the "books" of the institution they are paid to serve, and this allows no "freedom of choice" by the individual and, these very rules "rule" your conscience and also force you to wage war upon any that defy said RULES. This is error to which I want NO complicity.

For by your actions, (actions of those doing what they do for and on behalf of the rules that themselves are known as "Council") it, (Rulings of Council) denies God's Command, as it comprises of punitive and controlling rules and regulations that have been decreed "law" by simple ignorant and arrogant men and women who enforce their ideological beliefs (religion) upon those as me backed by the "authority" of the gun.

God's Command and God's LAW have been forgotten, dismissed or "countermanded" via false religious doctrine to the  spiritual peril of all. Hopefully you will now see how far "of the track" the actions of the members and employees of the Northern Midland Council are in relation to God's Command. And also to their own founding constitutions.

What ever action you take in this matter is your freedom of choice within which you will conform to or deny God's Command and thus subject yourself to either the positive or the negative aspect of God's: "As you sow so shall you reap" Law.

I believe that it is truly now time that we all placed God as the head of our "house" and not some text in a book of rules, and that we should heed God's Command to Love one another. For it is God and God alone who is the master of this universe.
