Dear Maree, 

On the 4th of August 2006 I forwarded a letter of dismissal to the Northern Midlands Council in relation to the provision of Council services and I wish to pay for the rubbish collection service provided to me for the first 8 weeks of that financial year. I enclose a money order for the value of $10.

P.S. If ahead the local community Council endeavour becomes a solely benign welfare services provider, then I shall reconsider my position and support whatever sector of its provision of services that I wish to.
