I acknowledge your letter of the 27th of October and in reply state, that it is sad for all the above addressees for you as yet "know not what you do" unto yourselves as you inflict loss and suffering upon those that pay your wages and employ you.

It is clear from Council's response to the questions posed to it, (see letter 31) that they have been drawn from text within a book of rules, these rules being "as defined under the Local Government Act.." The sadness stems from the fact that Maree and other Council employees are bound to uphold these rules through their employment, even though these rules invoke acts by these employees that are clearly in denial of God's Command and do invoke a painful karmic consequence ahead for them as apportioned and at a time ordain by God.

I have now written, as numbered, over 30 letters to Council in relation to their unloving acts towards their employers and others in the community and I have endeavoured to reach out to them and inform them of their sad state of employment and future karmic prospects. The responsibility for and karmic consequences of their acts extending to all fiscal and otherwise supporters of the Northern Midlands Council.

My family and I have endured the courts of man, visitations from the "heavies" (bailiffs), threats, extortion, theft of property and myself personally, imprisonment.

Most recently, at the instigation of the Northern Midlands Council, we have had our two cars stolen by force of arms from us and sold at auction. To provide an example to the readers of the dire negative nature of these acts instigated by the local community Council, these two cars owed us around $5000, and after the auction and attributed costs our "account" with Council was credited with only $712.84. We received no notification nor details from Council as to how and where our seized assets were sold and the costs imposed upon us. Nothing!

Even though we have dismissed the Northern Midlands Council as our community service provider (see letter 29), we continue to receive a rate demand for which we receive no services. We do pay for the fire and waste collection but receive naught else that directly affects our property or that we seek to use. This unjustified demand for money is an act of extortion in the eyes of God and is a punishable act under God's singular Law. It is also a denial of the fundamental principle of "quid pro quo".

I believe that the now rapidly changing climatic conditions will hasten the economic collapse within our society with the fiscally fragile farming community being particularly affected as they find their crops failing and thus an increasing inability to satisfy local Council rate demands. I ask the Council to deeply consider this scenario and wonder if they are going to sell up these farmers to satisfy their rate demands? For a time will come when Council too will collapse through lack of funds unless it changes its ways.

I believe that it is now most important that local Councils do change their ways and cease their demands upon all and function solely as a benign community service provider where they are funded via the free giving from the community. This will mean a drastic restructuring of Council and its spending ways as they "cut the coat to suit the cloth". But as it is bound to happen ahead and every day that it remains functioning as it currently is with its extortionist and controlling ways, all associated with it are accruing an increased negative karmic load that each will have to ahead suffer.

The 'Council' and other 'governing' Institutions no longer work 'for' the people. They work for their own 'agenda' using funds coerced or taken forcibly from community members, and they impoverish the community that 'foolishly' pays their wages. The Council 'Rules' that enable its Agenda has the 'attitude' of a cruel and overbearing Dictator as ITS Policy is:

"You the people must pay 'our' monetary due that is 'whatever we demand from you' and, any of you that fail to so do will by 'us' the office bearers be 'destroyed' and 'impoverished' and 'cast out' from your homes for 'we' the council are backed by a 'force of arms' army paid for by YOU the ignorant."

The people need to now see that when an Institution and its needs, wants, desires, become more important than the people it was raised up to serve, - - - then IT the Institution needs to be abolished and a new 'direction' taken by the people that considers the needs, wants, desires of THE PEOPLE.

No 'Office' raised up to serve has any 'right' to coerce, demand, or fight its 'promoters' and, - - - the community members must only contribute by free giving and, - - - their 'employees' must use these available funds to their best and most needed advantage. - - - continues - - -

We at Pindari have and are suffering for our past funding of Council's unloving ways, and thus we cannot and will not support the local community Council whilst it remains a servant of the darkness (devil) as it's employees daily through their work, deny the God of Light's call for peace unto all.

I thus finalise my endeavour to inform Council, Council employees and the local community as to the reality of God and God's Command and His singular "As you sow so shall you reap" Law. I and my family wish to now focus our attention to preparing for what lies ahead as drought, flood, famine and the ensuing chaos descends upon all earthly communities.

Truly it is time to place God as the head of our "house" and to respect and heed God's Command to Love one another. For it is God and God alone who is the master of this universe, being both omnipresent and omnipotent in all that is.
