An open letter

Anne Hammerseley, Administration Officer for Technical Services
Northern Midlands Council
13 Smith St.
Longford 7301 Tas.

17h of August 2006

Dear Anne,

This letter is to record and respond to my telephone call with yourself in regards to the return of the Northern Midlands Council's wheelie bin and recycling container following my decision to cease using the Northern Midlands Council as my community service provider and thus return said to the council. (Refer to the attached Letter of Dismissal to Council which may also be read on the web page: www.pindariherbfarm.com as letter 29 under the heading "Spiritual Truth on
Local Council Charges, Rates & Taxes")

I have in the past written many letters to council where I have endeavoured to inform the council and its staff of my understanding on the spiritual consequences of not heeding God's Command to: Love one another. These letters are available our web page above.

This letter further responds to your statement that even though I have ceased to use the services arranged by council for the curb-side collection of refuse, I will still be charged for the service.

~~~
It is an un-loving act, being a denial of God's: Love one another Command, to demand moneys of another at any time and there is no debt owed if no service nor benefit has been provided. It is in fact an act of extortion, backed in this case, by the armed forces of this state, being the policing force.
Even though an elected body of men and women sitting in a chamber called the "House of Parliament" may by majority vote, "mandate" this and many other extortion processes into their "law", there is no man "made" rule that stands above God's singular As you sow so shall you reap Law. For this law is THE LAW of this earthly land and every other spiritual realm.
Thus I ask you to deeply consider as an employee of the local community, your stated intention to charge me for a service that is not provided and when there is no contract between myself and the Northern Midlands Council and when I have dismissed council as my community service provider.
~~~

Further to this lack of contract and in the consideration of quid-pro-quo, as no service is provided to me there is no debt owed by myself.

Further to this, under God's Law, quid-pro-quo also is applicable and for any negative action taken against myself, will invoke a similar negative action ahead by others against the perpetrator/s of that action. This applies not only to the matter of refuse collection but to the provision or lack of provision of any services by council.

To assist you, I direct you to this Item "Blueprint Document" < http://www.the-testament-of-truth.com/web/blue03.htm > that is freely available at the web site: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk

Kind regards,

Ken Atherton

A letter was received on 29th of August signed by Maree Bricknell where by she wrote "I confirm that Council has a policy that there is no exemption for rural users on the designated waste collection routes". Two exceptions were given being around ability to move a bin or where houses are vacant.
