Letter of Dismissal

I have in the past written many letters informing you of the spiritual consequences of not heeding God's Command to: Love one another. This letter is in response of your recent action taken against me in the form of the seizure and forced sale of my two vehicles.

I have in the recent past been paying for those services provided to me by the Northern Midlands Council, they being the kerbside rubbish collection and the Fire levy. I have also made a handsome contribution to the Council to be used ONLY for positive local community welfare.

I live my life according to the PRINCIPLE of God's Command to: Love one another which I place over and above all earthly man made decrees. As I see it, the monies demanded annually by council for their services rendered to me far exceed their worth and as I do not give into extortion I believe that I do not have to simply 'pay up' monetary demands from others even though they believe that they have a right to make such demands.

Furthermore, the council has now gone to the extent of using force of arms to invade my premises and steal my possessions for auction to cover their assumed monetary debt. The Council community service provider has lost "it's" way and has been taken over by 'heavies' that annually demand more and more and use force to sell up those that do not or cannot pay up their demands.

What Council should do if it cannot provide me a service that suits my pocket is to simply say to me: "We regret that for the amount of money tendered to us by you we cannot offer a service, but may be able to offer a partial one."

Those employed within the Northern Midlands Council are in the unfortunate position of taking a wage that forces them to uphold rules of men and thus are 'unable' to use their own reasoning because their 'mercenary' wage empowers them to do whatever their rules 'order' them to do, even if it means openly authorizing the invasion of premises of a community elder such as myself, and if I or others should resist, you simply use force of arms to accomplish your demand.

I remind you that there is the 'Justice' of the natural LAW that is called "The Law of God" which is equitable, for it is a reasonable "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law, and if I had employed the institution named 'Northern Midlands Council' for an agreed sum and then refused to pay for services it had rendered within a contract with me, then I could be expected to pay them or lose it (the amount) some other way.

But you have 'contracted' others who also for a mercenary wage and at your 'behest' have come to steal from me, and whatever loss I suffer be it material or mental or emotional will within the Just natural Law of God come back upon your own heads and households one day ahead.

As said, I live by my religion of 'peace unto all', heeding our Creator and I thus endeavour to live in peaceful co-existence with my fellow man and always only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving in my interactions with others.

Those on the Council pay role are guided by and thus live by the punitive book of rules that are the legislated decrees of your 'council master' being the institution called the State Government of Tasmania which by definition, is a religious institution, whose 'rule' decrees are your 'bible' being your doctrine that you hold sacred. The un-loving, un-forgiving, extortionist and merciless ways of these rules designate the above institution as being a religion of war. (Refer to web link given at the end of this letter.)

My personal duty of care is to not hurt my fellow man in any way, as I understand that it is God's Command and I also understand the fullness of and absolute reality that under God's one law, should I in any way physically or materially hurt another, then ahead I will suffer the same 'pain in return', I thus daily live my life with great care so as to not hurt others, and thus myself ahead.

By your actions you show that your duty of care is to the institutional rules by which you are bound. It is these doctrinal rules that have you 'invoke' actions that you daily apply and by which you are spiritually known, and that under God's Law, what you do to others you do to yourself.

I do not condone nor vote for nor fund the controlling governmental forces within this country and am thus NOT A MEMBER of your religious institutional orders. I am a free man.

Your council's monopolistic control over the provision of services to the northern midlands as with all other like service providers has seen your doctrinal rules and mind set shift from being a SERVANT of the people to one of being a brutal dictatorial OVERLORD, with those that fund your ways being your community serfs. This all done within the promoted false premise that it is for the good of the community, little has changed in community structure since the feudal days of serfs and landlords.

I have in the past via signed letter, strongly state that on no account were you to use my annual “free giving” financial donation for the purpose of persecution of members of our community. Yet in correspondence you informed me that you 'apportioned' a part of my free giving 'to the General Rate' fund and it is from this fund that moneys are drawn for the persecution of others including myself.

You have denied my direct request and I thus find that I am funding in part my own persecution and that of others. Can you not see the error and insanity of this?

As your 'council' institution has denied my direct request and has proved by its actions upon myself and many others to NOT be of the same ilk as me, and as I care for my fellow citizens I have now no choice, and I am thus via my religious belief in God's Command and Law no longer able to fund your unloving ways.

I have considered deeply the present circumstances and have decided that henceforth I NO LONGER REQUIRE YOUR SERVICES AS A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROVIDER TO ME. I hereby DISMISS the Northern Midland Council as being my service provider.

I do this so that I am in no way involved in funding the persecution of others and self and I am thus heeding God's Command. Any service that I require others to provide to me will be paid directly by me and I will give assistance to my local community directly as I see fit as God would have it be. As for the cost of maintaining the public roads, I believe that I contribute sufficient funds through the taxes paid within the cost of fuel, a part of which I understand is given back to councils for the maintenance of local roads.

Before you consider any further punitive action against me and treasonable action against God and your own Constitution, I remind you of the right granted to me within your Constitution and State Constitution Act (refer below).

Australian CONSTITUTION Section 116
[Freedom of religion]
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.

I refer to the above <or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, > and state that: "It is my religious belief that I do not have to belong to any institution of man that has an "opposing" religious belief to mine, and that I am free to go my way without 'let or hindrance' from officers of any institution of man that is by God and I seen to be in defiance of, and in contravention of God's commanded code of conduct."

Rule 46(1) provides in "your" rules, a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion. (Dictionary: Religion – “A system of belief in the 'worship of' a supernatural power or God.” )

Rule 46(2) provides in "your" rules that "No person shall be subject to any disability ... on account of his religion or religious belief" and yet through my religious belief in only peaceful co-existence and thus choice to not be supportive of yours and your employer's contra doctrinal beliefs, you would have me comply to your monetary demands or suffer the disability of theft of goods.

P.S. If ahead the local community Council endeavour becomes a solely benign welfare services provider, then I shall reconsider my position and support whatever sector of its provision of services that I wish to.
