An open letter to:

Steve Kelly
Assistant Bailiff

C/- Magistrates Court

24th of July 2006

Dear Steve,

When you were here at Pindari Herb Farm on Thursday to forcefully take our cars you asked why I would not pay the full Council's rates and added costs demand rather than suffering the greater loss of our cars through theft by you. I responded that it was a matter of Principle and as I did not have the chance to explain then I do so now.

I have endeavoured to inform you of the spiritual truth on the consequences of being a bailiff employed by the State Government of Tasmania and in relation to your actions of the theft of our cars on behalf of the Mayor, Councillors and Electors of the Northern Midlands Council.

The PRINCIPLE is that I place God's Command to: Love one another above all earthly decrees and thus do not give into extortion, and as I see it, the monies demanded by council for their services rendered to me far exceed their worth, and also I believe that I do not have to simply 'pay up' monetary demands from others even though they believe that they have a right to make such demands.

Not only this, but I now have decided that I will no longer be funding the local 'Service Provider' named 'Council' any more money, for I will no longer call upon them for any services and after all, why should I fund others that 'pose' as Service providers but in fact use their position of trust to coerce and force people into coughing up whatever they see fit.

Furthermore, they go to the extent of using force of arms to invade my premises (your mercenary job) and what they should do if they cannot provide me a service that suits my pocket is to simply say to me: "We regret that for the amount of money tendered to us by you we cannot offer a full service but may be able to offer a part one.

The reality is that the community welfare department has been taken over by 'heavies' that annually demand more and more and use force to sell up those that cannot pay up their demands.

You are in the unfortunate position of taking a wage to uphold rules of men, and thus you are unable to use your own reasoning because your 'mercenary' wage empowers you to do whatever you are ordered to, even if it means openly invading the premises of others, and if I or others did resist, you would our arms 'twist' and clamp or more.

You need to try and see that the 'Justice' of the natural LAW that we call "The law of God" is equitable, for it is a reasonable "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law, and if I had employed the department named 'Council' for an agreed sum and then refused to pay for services it had rendered within a contract with me, then I could be expected to pay them or lose it some other way.

You have contracted and taken a wage at their 'behest' to come and steal from me, and whatever loss I suffer be it material or mental or emotional will within the Just natural Law of God come back upon your own head and household one day ahead.

At the time you also expressed a concern that whilst you saw me as "an intelligent man" you could not understand how I could be driving on public roads in an 'unregistered' car and thus one without third party insurance and I respond to this question.

I heed our Creator and not the book of rules that are the legislated decrees of your employer, the religious institution called the State Government of Tasmania and whose decrees are your "bible" being your doctrine that you hold sacred. I thus live by our Creator's Command to: Love one another and accept this as my living guidance. I thus endeavour to live in peaceful co-existence with my fellow man and always only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving in my interactions with others.

My duty of care is to not hurt my fellow man in anyway as I understanding that it is God's Command and I also understand the fullness of and absolute reality that under God's one law, should I in any way physically or materially hurt another, then ahead I will suffer the same "pain in return", I thus drive the car with great care and concentration. For insurance only covers material loss and not spiritual pain and suffering.

Currently under the legislated decrees of your institution "Third Party Insurance" is compulsory and is a business monopoly of the State Government. It is even known as "Compulsory Third Party Insurance". Its compulsory nature is a denial of God's Command and is in part a forceful tax demand upon its members.

As I am a free man and as I care for my fellow citizens I have considered acquiring by my free choice an insurance policy that would monetarily compensate another for any error I may make when driving on the public roads.

But your institution's monopolistic third party insurance denies insurance to others living outside of its institutional rules (i.e. Those that have not paid its car registration tax and its licence tax). I am thus not able to acquire an insurance policy should I choose to so do without paying the other taxes.

I am thus both via God's Command and Law, and through by my inability to obtain an insurance policy, in a situation that requires that I take full responsibility for and  maximum duty of care in my driving, for I know that the consequence of any error on my part could lead to my infliction of suffering upon others and thus ahead upon myself.

I point out that if every driver on the road did as I do and fully understood the reality and implications of God's: As you sow so shall you reap Law, and thus exercised maximum duty of care, rather than driving with less than full care under the false and delusional belief that "the insurance company will pay for any 'damage' and pain I inflict upon others and self should I make an error," there would be far less road accidents.

For what most do not understand is that whilst the insurance company may pay for any material, medical and monetary loss, it does not 'cover' any pain or other suffering inflicted upon the road user and their friends and family members at home.

I thus to your question respond that I have considered insuring my vehicle with third party insurance but am unable to do so and I do INTELLIGENTLY take great care whilst driving on the public roads for I understand the fullness of God's one Law and I live my life to the PRINCIPLE that I place God and His love one another Command above all else.

For a deeper understanding and for truth on insurance matters I enclose the first 10 pages of "The 'Policy' of Insurance" document and inform other readers and yourself of the availability of the full document at:
