An open letter to: Maree Bricknell, Manager Corporate Services
and the Mayor, Councillors, Council staff and ratepayers.

Dear Maree,

I write in response to the Northern Midlands Council letter of "Final Notice" for payment of services rendered by the Council for the fiscal year July 2004 to end of June 2005 that are called "rates."

I enclose a money order for the value of $503.68 being for:

Kerbside collection -                                         $60

General fire levy -                                            $43.68

Contribution to road up keep -                            $100

Contribution to general council activities -            $100

Contribution to the needy in the community -         $200

I have to my mind and I believe in God's eyes, provided more than sufficient funds to cover the cost of services provided and have included a surplus that I asked be used to help the needy within the community that you serve. I believe that I thus owe The Northern Midlands Council naught.

I  note in your letter of the 24th of November 2003 that a portion of the funds that, I freely contributed last year for services rendered and community support, was apportioned to the General Rates account that I am informed funds the Council's legal actions against members of the community. This is in direct contradiction to my written request that accompanied my contribution wherein I stated:   

"I now strongly state that on no account are you to use my annual “free giving” financial donation for the purpose of persecution of other members of our society.

I have in the past suffered persecution through the hands of this Council's staff in relation to my contribution to the Council and state that:  "It is not common sense for me to be contributing towards my own persecution, and it would be ridiculous for me to do. As I see it, your actions are immoral and in my opinion it is an unacceptable situation." 

Acts of the Council whereby they demand, extort, sell up and otherwise inflict pain upon their employers and other members of the community deny God's One Command being to: "Only be loving compassionate merciful and forgiving and to be peaceful at all times." 

The fullness and importance of us heeding God's Command is available on the internet at < www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk >. I do believe that the Messiah, being God's messenger of Truth and Light, is again walking on this planet and his now written message being God's Word again on earth, that is available on this web page, needs to be read by all.

I suggest that in order to understand the false mandate of man’s laws (rules) in God’s eyes, which dictate the actions of Council employees, that yourself and all within Council and the broader community read “The Mandates and Justification document” contained within this message from God.

I place a quote below from page 12 of "The Forestry Document" on this web page for your consideration.

All must now walk "tall" and say "NO" to this mafiosic squad and say to all Councillors and System's men: "No more will we pay you from today, for we listen to our God today and we will look after our own selves and fill our own cupboard shelves, and if there is any "spare" then with you will we some share. We pay no more tax, for God says we can now "relax."

Sisters and brothers, I have told you what to DO. If they drag you off to court for non-payment then so be it. Non-retaliation is asked of you by our God. You need no "solicitor" to fight for you on this sod. Take "whatever" punishment comes your way but NO fine must you pay. If "they" your goods confiscate then so be it. God will them "later" berate."
