An open letter to: Maree Bricknell, Manager Corporate Services
and the Mayor, Councillors, Council staff and ratepayers.

Dear Maree,

I write in response to your letter of the 20th of April 2004 where in you provided details on the Rates and Charges levied along with an Annual Budget document of the Northern Midlands Council.

Neither your letter nor the budget document answer my request for an itemised account for the costs of services provided to my property. 

The information provided is simply a proof of expenditure and your justification for issuing a levy against property values. This levy does not reflect the cost of services to my property.

Thus to my mind and I believe in God's eyes, I have provided more than sufficient funds to cover the cost of services provided, leaving a handsome surplus that I asked to be used to help the needy within the community that you serve. I thus owe The Northern Midlands Council naught. 

I  note in your letter of the 24th of November 2003 that a portion of the funds I freely provided was apportioned to the General Rates account that I am informed funds the Council's legal actions against members of the community. This is in direct contradiction to my written request that accompanied my contribution wherein I stated:   

"I now strongly state that on no account are you to use my annual “free giving” financial donation for the purpose of persecution of other members of our society.

My “contribution” is only for the welfare of the community ." (see document)

From your statement, my freely given funds, are in part, being used to persecute members of the community including myself which is in direct contravention to my stated wish. 

Acts of the Council whereby they demand, extort, sell up and otherwise inflict pain upon their employers and other members of the community deny God's One Command being to: "Only be loving compassionate merciful and forgiving and to be peaceful at all times." 

For me to be in part, funding your projected persecution of myself is ridiculous and is an immoral act on your part. I find this an unacceptable situation. 

Thus in order for me to heed God's Command, I shall in future provide funds for your provision of the Fire Service, the Roadside Waste Collection Service and an estimate of the costs of other services to my property and make a contribution elsewhere to be used to help the needy in the community .

It is thus my "freedom of conscience" decision to not support the Northern Midlands Council beyond the perceived value of the provision of services to my property as I see the Council by its very actions against myself and others whilst under the pretext of a public service provider, is in reality a controlling and  demanding "self-funding by extortion" organisation.

It is contra my religious belief for me to submit to your extortionist demands, demands that would have me deny my God given freedom of conscience and my choice to heeds God's Command to ONLY be LOVING. Your current and stated intention to persecute me is an immoral act against myself that is a denial of God's Only Love Command.

The tragedy of this is that the demand for self funding and the extortionist enforcement procedures of The Northern Midlands Council daily drags its employees and its employers, being the voting and rate paying public, deeper into the bind of the darkside of the Source, where all ahead will suffer what they have done to others under God's One immutable law being: What you do to others will be done to you.

I take this opportunity to reach out to all those that read this letter, or its copy on our web page at www.pindariherbfarm.com, and ask all to look deeply at their daily actions.

I suggest that in order to understand the false mandate of man’s laws (rules) in God’s eyes, which dictate the actions of Council employees, that yourself and all within Council and the broader community read “The Mandates and Justification document” contained within this message from God that is available on the above web page.

I also attach an extract from the above web address titled “The legality of Council to 'pursue' the community it serves," that has been written in relation to this matter and may be found on page 27 in "The Sample Letters document."

I write this letter and place the enclosed documents and web address before you so you may become aware of the reality that “simply” because you are paid a wage to enforce rules, that the rules you enforce do not protect you or give you immunity from God's Law.
