 Dear Maree,

I respond now to your letter of the 27th of November when you assured me that “all Rates and Charges collected ARE used for appropriate purposes as detailed in the Municipal budget.”

You thus appear to deny my request as detailed in the letter to Council accompanying my freely given donation that stated:

I now strongly state that on no account are you to use my annual “free giving” financial donation for the purpose of persecution of other members of our society.

My “contribution” is only for the welfare of the community .

If you take the “unworthy” decision to persecute others by prosecution, then that is deemed by me to be your own personal choice, for which you and any others involved are spiritually responsible, and you will individually “reap what you sow” without my aid or involvement.

As I have personal experience of the unloving persecutionary acts funded by the “Municipal budget” I write to remind you that they do deny God’s call to only be loving and of the reality of God’s ONE law as given above and its implications.

I also take this opportunity to pass to you the enclosed document in relation to the soon coming times of chaos.

This, “The Suburban Terrorism Document” is available to assist people such as your self, community leaders and members thereof, to understanding the causes behind escalating community violence.

It also provides information and resources where by preparations can be made for the times ahead when disturbances of the peace are at such a level that governmental systems are inadequate or have collapsed.

I forward this document to you as you are working with the local council where the opportunity exists to help community members including your self to understand the mental and emotional processes that significantly affect behaviour and the importance of our actions remaining peaceful at all times.

Yours truly,

Ken Atherton
