Below is a request from a patent attorney to assist a patent process for an extract from a herb. The following correspondence provides an insight into the spiritual truth around the patenting process for herbs and patents in general. The names and dates have been changed.

My client needs an expert witness to state in a statutory declaration that at the date of his patent application in April 2010, the general opinion in the pharmaceutical field was that internal administration of this herb was ill-advised, potentially dangerous and you would have (or, in fact, did) counselled against such use. Whilst it may be that some practitioners might have been more cavalier in disregarding genuine medical concerns and justifiable caution, your advice as a pharmacist who was familiar with the substance and substances like it, was that the substance was suitable for external use, but there was an unacceptable risk associated with internal use.

Are you able to make statements along the above lines and to flesh out the medical/pharmaceutical basis for such reservations regarding internal use? The extent of your commitment would be to sign a statutory declaration for our use to convince an Examiner at the Patent Office that internal use was discouraged at the time of the application.

Could you give me a call or reply to this email with your comments and whether or not you would be able to assist? Once I have your comments, I could draft a statutory declaration for you to consider and, if you are in agreement, sign before a suitable witness (eg. Police sergeant, JP or another registered pharmacist).

My initial reply suggested the attorney seek another referee but a further approach was made to which I responded.

Dear Attorney, I have a great admiration for the positive work the applicant has done in bringing forth this most useful and new healing herbal product. I find it a most useful herbal extract for many conditions.

I have a deep compassion for herbal medicine and a belief that as this planet falls further into chaos ahead ( refer www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk ), herbal medicine will be one of the principle means of healing with locally growing herbs being of major importance as healing agents.

It is thus of concern to me that you ask me to be a part of a patent process that has the intent of placing this herb under further patent control that can only restrict this most useful product for humanity from being explored and developed by others so inspired by the Source.

I believe that God owns all, and while I can understand your clients wish to ‘see the herb developed’ with out big pharmaceutical interference, I believe all patents are self defeating in that those so restricting, suffer similar restrictions upon themselves within God’s immutable LAW: What you or your servants do to others will by others be done to you.

One only has to look at the development of Tea tree oil to see how non-restriction of this oil has seen it now of global importance in so many areas of healing. It is even being researched as an alternative fly strike preventative/treatment in the sheep industry

Thus to my mind, to surround any herb with patents that stop others exploring and working with that herb is self defeating and is a negative action. Far more useful would be the shouting of the benefits of this herb to the world and being ‘out there’ working with and helping others to develop the herb as a major healing herb of world importance.

I offer to support your client in every which way I can to ‘get it out there’ and as I see these days as the end of this civilization, more is the importance of spreading the ‘know’ of this herb as far and wide as possible. And that means not stopping others from working with and developing its use. In the more than 20 years I have been using this herb, very few know of it compared with what has happened with Tea tree oil which is now a house hold name.

I believe that within God’s Law as given above, sharing ones bounty and discoveries leads ahead to a positive return for that person, where others share with you and all prosper in the positivity of it and the community prospers. Givers receive, controllers are controlled. That is the Universal Law of karma in action at all times.

I wish your client and yourself well and I hope that this letter aids you both in these most important times for all of humanity. Please read the above web page and I paste below an extract on patents for your consideration from that web page and a further comment in regards to patents.

God does us “inspiration” give so that all can advance and easier live. Let greed now no longer man’s mind span. Let the Patents office from now on be a place where our ideas we place, so all can freely it see, and freely use to benefit the entire planetary community.

Let the patents library be “run” by those who can clearly see, and thus only their “spot” grace with positive ideas, rather than those of “mace.” All for one and one for all.

Let no man demand a licence “fee” for ideas we needs give for free. By all means we can someone pay for plans and advice given our way, but 'patenting' for exclusivity is not the way that man is now to be.

The patent system, by its very nature, promotes research by providing incentive to do so on the promise of reward – a monopoly, and is restrictive, preventing others from performing the invention for a time. The patent system is predicated on the principle that the patentee discloses to the world the invention in return for a brief opportunity to exploit the invention to recoup his losses in developing the invention.

I do hope you are not proposing to infringe on my client's current patent rights. The patent system is embodied in law and God sets Governments in authority for the good of the community and good order. Romans 13: 1- 7:

¹ Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. ² Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. ³ For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. ⁴ For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. ⁵ Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.

⁶ This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. ⁷ Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

The patent system is not inherently evil and certainly has plenty of checks and balances to protect those who would seek to bring blessing on others by the using of natural healing substances. However, if you use a patented product in a manner that infringes a patentee’s hard-earned rights, it is fair to give the patentee a fair reward for his efforts. 1Corinthians 9:9:

⁷ Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat its grapes? Who tends a flock and does not drink the milk? ⁸ Do I say this merely on human authority? Doesn’t the Law say the same thing? ⁹ For it is written in the Law of Moses: “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.”^[b] Is it about oxen that God is concerned? ¹⁰ Surely he says this for us, doesn’t he? Yes, this was written for us, because whoever plows and threshes should be able to do so in the hope of sharing in the harvest.

Thanks for your honesty in explaining why you are unwilling to assist my client's in this. That’s Okay – you are a well within your rights and I respect your sincerity and honesty. But don’t invoke God’s authority in flouting the patent system – it’s provided by Governments to reward hard work and research. I think God is Okay with the patent system and certainly does not condone the infringement of another’s patent rights.

At this point I referred the above letter for comment to Terence, the author of The Testament of Truth, who I believe is the returned spirit of truth. His pen's response is provided below my letter of reply.

Let it be CLEARLY understood, man for so long has 'brooded' over the meaning of scriptural texts that the PURE Truth has been lost and it is my 'pen' guided by God to set TRUE BELIEVERS free from their present bondage to eternal slavery, restriction, control and suffering.

Try and understand that every level of consciousness OUTSIDE of the pure Light of heaven (Paradise - freedom - no restriction - bliss) is a 'realm' be it this material one or any other spirit realm that is controlled by the DARK aspect of the Source, God the Father who "Yes" does 'bear' a very heavy fist against all who defy Him and "Yes" those in positions of 'authority' are not only backed by His force but are also inspired telepathically by His 'deceptive' aspect of MIND for the sole purpose of destroying their souls for BEING 'non-believers' in His Command to; "ONLY love one another and go your way in peace and BE merciful, compassionate and forgiving" so, - - -

The 'rules' invoked by God through the vanity, pride, greed of His 'servants' and their legislators are ALL 'rulings/orders/decrees & taxes' designed to drag down everyone into the depths of Hell and AWAY from His pure Light - and that is NOT 'good' policy nor 'good for the community' but it is GOOD for God as He cannot 'stand' any 'blighted sinful bugger' standing in His sight in the Light HE Created that is HIS eternally moving 'canvas' of PURE 'beauty.'

Man needs to TRY and understand that by the very FACT that one is supporting, condoning and funding the DARK invasive, punitive and destructive 'aspect' of the Source that they are BOUND by this 'contra God's Command' deed (activity) and place themselves into the punitive aspect of His Law.

Man needs to TRY and see that the more one uses God's FORCE to control and punish in accordance with THE rules raised UP by the DARK via vain men the more dark (sin) ENERGY they draw into their soul and the further it 'falls' AWAY from the Light in the after-life.

When one 'rebels' against being controlled but one simply goes their way in PEACE and remain in conformity to God's Command then 'naturally' those upholding RULES find the justification to punish them. But one needs to see that ANY 'punishment' imposed upon those living in conformity with God's Command are simply 'suffering' (paying) PAST accrued debts to God for their past error of living ways and, - - - once their past dues are fully paid UP then no mortal man will find 'reason' to keep persecuting them.

All 'authorities' control and punish because they are all are living in defiance of God. Therefore let your conscience guide you and fear not 'coercion' as you strive to walk ALONE with God rather than the books of rules as YOU 'bow' to God's Command and remain merciful, compassionate and forgiving unto those in power who are continually sinning s they corece and harass and persecute you.

As for the Attorney's further words:

What 'promotes' research is the inherent 'goodness' in man and the FACT that God inspires 'inquisitive' man with ideas. God does not so do for the purpose of $$$ but to uplift man, thus any monopoly or restriction preventing others from making use of said 'ideas' is error of belief, and ahead everyone complicit to monopoly, restriction OR the punishment of a person is in contravention of God's "Give with love" Command and themselves become restricted, prevented etc., and punished within God's Law.

The use of the above biblical texts is supposedly 'legitimising' not only the defiance of God's "Love one another" Command, but also legitimising the use of force that is in fact the use of the 'energy' of the forbidden by God to use 'fruit' from the Tree of Evil.

Naturally every person has the divine RIGHT to conform with or defy their Creator, and also those whom believe in the absolute 'truthfulness' of scriptural TEXTS raised UP by other mortal men also have a RIGHT to so do but, - - - all I can say is: Any person relying on any text in a book and using that in their defence against God and the application of His LAW 'book' is indeed very foolish, deceived and deluded.

It is for man to understand that the more one gives the more one gets and everyone benefits. It is for man to understand that the more one uses 'force' to interfere, control, inhibit, punish etc., the more all complicit are controlled, punished and restricted by even more legislation IMPOSED by God VIA the minds of the arrogant legislators. One cannot 'void or nullify' the implementation of God's Law.

Religion = - - - - the quest for the values of the ideal life - - - the ideal, the practices for attaining the values of the ideal, - - - a system of belief in the worship of a supernatural power or God' or the recognition by man of a superhuman power entitled to obedience, reverence, and worship.

Religious = - - - - scrupulously faithful, pious, devotion - - - this means that ones 'religion' is not any named 'Church' organisation, but it is the policy of ones daily code of conduct interaction with other children of God.

Any fine or punishment imposed by a magistrate upon an absolute pacifist who was not disturbing the peace is a coercive attempt into forcing a person into changing their ideology (religion) by funding a contra 'punitive' doctrine and is an unlawful activity within the Constitution.

As for the Attorney's words < I do hope you are not proposing to infringe on 'my clients' current patent rights. and I think God is Okay with the patent system and certainly does not condone the infringement of another’s patent rights. > One needs to understand that any rules raised up by an organization only apply to those who are 'paid up' members of said organization or group.

An example being that a member must wear a striped tie when entering the group office. But what these members and their 'Patent Attorneys' need to understand is, that if another such as Ken Atherton fails to conform to their 'rules' around 'ties or patents' then he is not in 'error' with God and neither is he required to conform to the rules of the institution of which he is not a party member.

It follows that IF 'Ken' is not a 'party member' to the State government system then he is not infringing his own right nor the rights of any 'Patent' holder for 'Ken' is not bound by any 'Patent rules' and, - - - any person taking it upon themself to invoke a ruling enabling them to punish or demean or impoverish 'Ken' or any other are foolish indeed and for SURE God is NOT 'Ok' with their conduct. So be IT.

As for 'tax' - well no person owes any tax to any other - one can borrow funds and fail to repay and this 'debt' needs be repaid in one way or another. As for 'Caesar' and his 'cohorts' who steal money in the guise of 'justifiable' taxes just to feed their insatiable demands, IF you fund their iniquity then you deserve all you ARE about to receive. God says: "ONLY fund benign community effort."

Ken, further to my letter to you earlier in response to Patent Attorney's scriptural quotes I feel that he and all need to understand that he and everyone funding the 'system' is simply living in and controlled by a very Dark 'Kingdom of God' and going to Hell in the process irrespective of 'which' religion is being acknowledged as 'true' etc., for any 'belief' that forces ones 'conscience' to follow a doctrine that conflicts with God's "Peace, love, mercy, forgive" etc., Command is a doctrine of spiritual DEATH.

As my 'Testament' message and ITS revelations could be 'classified' by man as simply my 'ideas' around the Salvation process, no doubt the Patent Attorney would be horrified if I 'Patented' my ideas and made everyone pay a fee for 25 years or so if they sought to use said ideas!

It certainly is the time for mankind to see that all 'good' ideas' that lead to some 'invention' (new process) are to be freely given unto everyone and thus everyone so giving will also receive the free giving of other’s God given ideas and only this way are we all 'freed up' and will be happy as there are no longer any restrictions or punishment for non-conformity to GOD'S expectations of His children. As far as I am 'concerned' the use of a 'Patents office' to invoke a backed by force 'control' over a substance is a contradiction of God's Command and needs be ignored by THE TRUE and faithful who may make use of any patented article in the foreknowledge that IF any 'patenter' is so foolish as to bring them to 'account' punitively, that their suffering is simply their spiritual due to God for some 'other' process and those imposing said suffering or loss accrue the very same due that 'you' are forced to endure by the vain and IGNORANT. - Terence
