On the 6th of October I attended Court 2 of the Supreme court of Tasmania where along with two spectators, two court attendants and Mr. Ransom for the prosecution were present.

I handed a complete copy of my appeal with attached annexures to both the prosecution and to Mr Crawford the Judge of the day. I was then instructed to proceed and started to read my "Statement of Appeal," as I was reading, I noticed that the judge was busy writing.

On finishing my presentation, Judge Crawford then indicated that Magistrate Szramka had erred in his conviction of me on the grounds that I had disturbed public order and as remembered, stated that "The Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1970" did not come under the definition of "Public Order."

Mr Crawford then presented his "judgement" of the facts that resulted in his "dismissal" of my Appeal. His words were:

"That The Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1970 applied equally to that of the Tasmanian Constitution Act 1934 section 46(1) and that, - I have no doubt whatsoever that the applicant is obliged by the laws of this state to comply with them, that is, the laws apply to this case, the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1970 and other acts named in the complaint. He is not entitled to use his claimed religious beliefs in defence of the charges, as the basis of a claim that he does not have to comply with the laws of Tasmania."

He then went onto state "That the State Government of Tasmania is not a religious institution as asserted by the applicant, It is a secular institution, I make the point that I am not an officer of the State Government, I am not a servant of the State Government and I do not represent the State Government. Judges and magistrates are independent of the State Government and stand between the State Government and the citizens and administer justice according to the law although I emphasise, not in accordance with religion."

He further stated "In my view section 46 of the Constitution Act 1934 provides no defence to the applicant. He is free, he remains free, to practice his religion, but at the same time he must comply with the laws of this State. Most religious people in this state do so, Mr Atherton chooses not to do so and that is his decision."

From the above decision it is clear that the enforcing "arm" of the "System," that is the State Government of Tasmania, being the police, magistrates, judges, bailiffs etc., are blind to the spiritual reality of their own situation. In that they daily, for pieces of silver, administer the punitive, extortionist and controlling laws of state, oblivious of the reality of God's One law being: "What you do to others will be done to you."

It was and is clear to my mind that as I was presenting my case, that the judge had already made up his mind and was writing his judgement. This and the fact that he "aided" the prosecution to "better" present their case, showed me that the judge is but a rubber stamp for those whom appoint him and pay him his pieces of silver, being "The State Government of Tasmania."

For he chose to totally ignore my Rights within the "Freedom of Religion" Act that supercedes any subsequent Acts, especially when any conformity on my part to "supporting" his system would have deemed error on my part in God's eyes.

That his claimed separation from the state government quote: "I am not a servant of the State Government and I do not represent the State Government," is farcical.

I was also clear to me that the mind set of those within this punitive system is such that they are all truly lost to the reality of their own "errant" ways and coming personal karmic suffering.

For even when given a clear "argument" as to their own error and predicament, and having it read out loud to them, they are unable to see anything other than the "rule book" that is their personal "licence" to defy God and abuse "us" citizens.

The truth of the matter is that Society as a whole but more especially, judges, magistrates and other enforcers are "stuck" in a "delusional fantasy" that is well expressed in the page 8 extract, found at the bottom of this document, from the web page:

I quietly have "gone my way" and await what God presents to me in the way of a further opportunity of reaching out to these trapped souls who so desperately need to awaken to their own "blind" predicament.

What I believe is that ahead there will be a happening that will "collapse" all these controlling systems, and that those who have been the enforcers will be forced by "disturbed" citizens to face their "own" past, and it will be most difficult for them to not retaliate in the face of its aggression.

The darkness that is the "underhand" of God is merciless and un-forgiving," (I have just watched it in action in the court) and the reality for all of us of our coming physical "death" begs the question of: "Where do we 'individually' go when this happens"?

I believe that we return to spirit and that this, our spiritual destiny, is the single most important consideration for each of us at any time as we abide on planet earth. The time we spend here is but a "times tic" compared with our eons of existence in spirit.

Spirit existence can be incredibly beautiful and equally, incredibly painful and of unimaginable suffering. The one universal law of what you sow so shall you reap is in action at all times, and all on earth and in spirit need to take stock of their actions, (daily deeds) as it is these actions that decide our spiritual destiny.

I for one choose the Light and the Love and the place of peace and beauty. Thus I choose to never criticise, condemn, abuse, punish, or retaliate negatively when faced by adversity. I truly feel for those who choose otherwise. It is a catastrophic decision to make.

Judges and magistrates and other enforcers live in a delusional fantasy. For they see their 'position' as 'apart from' the State body and 'apart from' the common citizen and, - - - they perceive themselves as 'Just & righteous' and 'playing' an honorable role for society. None of them see their error nor their role of impropriety.

They 'verbally' say that they do not 'represent' the State Government. - False.
They 'verbally' say that they are not 'officers' of the State Government. - False.
They 'verbally' say that they are not 'servants' of the State Government. - False.
They 'verbally' say that they are 'independent' of the State Government. - False.
They say that they do not 'administer the 'law' in accordance with Religion. - False.

For it is the State Government that 'simply' pays their wage for them to:
Uphold the punitive rules raised up by the State legislators.

Thus they are proven to be 'giant' Clowns that daily 'jump' up and down on their 'giant' Pogo-stick, as they 'formerly' rubber stamp the words 'Guilty - Guilty - Guilty' upon any 'papers' placed before them by the prosecuting persecutioners

This is all done 'legally' for and on behalf of the 'rogue' legislators who make their 'taxing' demands upon the public via 'edicts' or 'enacted' decrees and, - - -

All the 'vultures'* have to do is to make the 'huge' decision as to which punitive 'rule' they will apply to their verdict. Knowing full well that their 'victim' is 'bound over' by 'RULE enforcers' that also receive a 'mercenary' wage to defy God, their own conscience, and humanity.

For none of these 'bullies' can see that it is the application of the punishment 'factor' that coerces the public into paying up the never-ending 'fees' demanded and, - - - neither do they see that their sorry 'state' is a false dark ideology that is a 'religion' (belief of living way) and, - - - that all whom 'partake' of the 'giving' to it or the 'enforcement' of punishment for it are defying their God of love.

It is time for all of society to see that 'LAW enforcement' and 'RULE enforcement' are two different things and, - - - it is now our GOD to enforce HIS absolutely JUST 'eye for an eye' LAW that is also an immutable RULE.

All 'judges' and 'enforcers' will now feel a great 'misgiving' as they find out that God's Scales of Justice that are applicable unto all men will now be 'applied' to 'judges' as well as all men. All will now receive an EQUAL measure of pain for pain given, or pleasure for pleasure given.

Society, by 'fearfully' funding the dark punitive ideology of all National & State & Local Governments, have given magistrates and judges the power to abuse all, using 'rules' backed by these judges and magistrates who are naught but simple 'fools' clothed as upright citizens.

These 'stooges' are 'backed' by armed 'gunmen' posing as 'honourable' policers, but who in fact are merely State 'taxation' enforcers who also are dishonourable to themselves and the public they are 'said' to serve, for all swerve away from God's true path, as they abuse others for their pay.

As man begins to see that all are 'subject to God's Law, "As you do is done unto you," then all will 'wish' to halt the punishment of others, as they learn to become kind and merciful and 'correct' their own behavior with God's wisdom as their Savior.

Note: 'vultures'*- Eaters of flesh, men that 'pluck' money from the 'purses' of children of God and 'eat' of their very souls, for their impositions cause great suffering to God's Creation. - Woe unto all that defy their God.
