Dear Sir, 

I have just spent 10 days in Division 5 at Risdon Goal following my refusal to conform to the "decree by Caesar" (State Institution rules) that I obey the "order" of one of your enforcement departments to "breathe in the breathalyser" or suffer the consequence and, because I had also refused to pay an annual "fee" to keep my own driving certificate of competency valid in the eyes of the Institution that you hold "sacred" and, because I refused to pay the resultant "fine" imposed that I also could not pay as to me it is simply extortion, and if I had paid it, then I would also have defied our God through my funding and supporting your punitive anti-God system. 

I see that you are prepared to "die" spiritually for a "wage," and to hold me as "hostage" as punishment and "coercion" to try and force me to "consider" paying up or conforming to what I see as the dictates of a dictator that are not my choice to conform to, and it is due to this fact that I write asking that you consider whether in fact you are in error backing a punitive, controlling, and unforgiving and merciless institution, and thus are defiant of our God's code of conduct Command to: Only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving and to live in peaceful co-existence with others. I believe that the Command of God is above the "man made" rules of this State.

My experience at Risdon has further proved to me that the State Government of Tasmania with the enforcement of its punitive, un-loving, merciless and unforgiving rules and regulations is a system that denies God's Command to: Love one another being God's Code of Conduct. It is thus a system of government that is contra God's wishes and thus contra to my religious belief (ideology) and I have consequently chosen to heed God and not be a slave to nor fund or support this un-loving system in any way. For to do otherwise is to not only deny God's Command but, that in doing so I would invoke upon myself the negative aspect of God's One immutable and inevitable Law being: "What you do to others will be done to you," or "as you sow so shall you reap" and ahead I would suffer further because, in funding your wages I am then using your "services" and you would be my "employee," and I would then be complicit to your actions of control, extortion of funds, and punitive acts against citizens of this state. 

These acts you only do because you are under the false belief that you are immune from God's Law because you have a mandate through man's rules to so do. Whereas I am aware that no man or mandate or "system" of man can give anyone immunity from God's superior "eye for an eye" Law. Through your negative actions I have now cleared 10 days of prison (banishment from society and deprivation of liberty) off my personal spiritual karmic debt that I accumulated from my personal previous condoning, voting for and funding via taxation and licence/registration fees, the control, extortion, and imprisonment of others within this state.

My experiences at Risdon proved to me that the current  system of imprisonment is an un-forgiving and retributive process that is in denial of God's Command. The use of the term "Correctional" is a misnomer, as at no time did I observe or experience or be informed of any program for rehabilitation. 

As I had in no way "disturbed the peace" then there was no need for me to be "educated" and be taught the need to learn to conform to God's "Go your way in peace" command. But for those in prison that had disturbed the peace of others and thus did need "correction," there was no attempt to help any "mentally troubled" within "my" division with any correct behavioural boundaries so that on release they would be better equipped to live in peaceful co-existence with others. 

On the contrary, the punitive and demoralising enforced system of incarceration is a reinforcement of inappropriate behaviour for peaceful co-existence in a community.

I sat, walked and talked with around 20 other men of all ages for 10 days from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm in a tennis court sized wire enclosure. The main day activities being playing cards, scrabble, table tennis, cricket and watching TV. In the evenings we were confined by ourselves to a small dark cell with a TV set. The prevailing state of mind of the inmates being a soul destroying boredom. Some men having to live this way for many years.

Whilst there is the opportunity for some inmates to work in the laundry and kitchen, the pittance of a wage paid amounts to slave labour.

It is a fact that the police force of Tasmania is increasingly becoming an enforcement arm for the extortion of funds from the community by the state government. Police should be acting as a Peace Corp for the maintenance of peace within the community  (Refer to Item 3 in "The Police "Peace Treaty," found in "The Offender document" (Item 18) at < http://www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk >

Also, the "Correctional" Officers of the penal system likewise are simply enforcers of the retributive jailing system and are not educational officers helping to educate those who have disturb the peace to be peaceful citizens as implied. (Refer also to the above "Offender document.")

The judiciary, police and jailers are all "locked into" this retributive system via the punitive enacted rules and regulations of the state that dictate their un-loving acts. Acts that directly lead to their own individual spiritual demise as they daily for "30 pieces of silver" deny God's Command and Code of Conduct. (Refer to Item 52 "Render unto Caesar and God" at: < http://www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk >)

We are truly known by what we do and any who believe that any "man made" mandate absolves any from their karmic fate where they will ahead suffer at the hands of others, what they have painfully inflicted upon others are sadly misinformed, for God's Law is a reality that will ahead see that what any has done to another will be done to them. The funding citizens of this State paid many dollars for my enforced imprisonment and punishment that you perceive as being for the defiance of your rules, whereas I see my punishment being solely for my having failed to heed God's Command in the past and God having used your "rules" to enable His punitive operations to take place through the mind of ignorant non-believers, (you) who then place themselves into His "eye for an eye - as you did do will be done unto you" Law, for NONE stand above Him and His Law and His Command.

I have realised the error of my past ways and do wish to live by my understanding of God's Code of Conduct, that is my peaceful ideology and my religious belief in my way of living. I peacefully and "happily" suffered the sentence handed down by Magistrate Szramka in the face of his denial of his own State's Constitutional rules that are supposed to guarantee to every citizen the: "Freedom of conscious and the free profession and practice of religion, subject to public order and morality." (public order is about living peacefully), refer to the Constitution Act 1934 Rule 46 (1).

This is religious persecution, and you are all unknowingly complicit to it and daily your own spiritual "suffering" debts to God mount.

The documents on the http://www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk  web page spell out the need for and importance of our only heeding God's Code of Conduct, and the reality and spiritual consequences of failing to do so under God's One Law .

Most importantly the above web page does provide a loving educational way of helping all offenders who do disturb the peace through "The Feeling Easier Seminar." This is a program to help offenders to attain personal mind control and thus help alleviate suicidal and violent thoughts that are the inspiration for all acts of violence i.e. you learn to control and suppress negative thoughts and feel happier. I thus write this letter to you hoping that by implementing the "break through" educational program that is available at the above web page, that the impact of spiritual interference via our thoughts upon our actions that leads to offensive, violent behaviour can be modified, and that steps can be urgently taken to change the current punitive un-loving penal system to an educational institution where offenders who disturb the peace of others can be positively helped through re-education via the "Feeling Easier Seminar" so that they can peacefully and happily remain as active members within the community.

This versus the current system where the prison officers by their actions against the inmates daily offend against God's Command to: Love one another, and the inmates who have previously disturbed the peace remain unchanged in their code of conduct and related behavioural  boundaries, and the supporting and paying public remain daily personally accruing negative karma for their part in the whole, sad, failing process. 

All remaining mostly unaware of the spiritual nature of our being and the powerful impact thought intrusion from spiritual realms has on our emotions and our actions, and that God's Command and Code of Conduct are to be paramount in our lives if we are to live in peace and, that God's singular Law is the "reality" law in every land and realm in God's universe.

The revelation via the Testament of Truth that has now come our way that is my inspiration to ensure that I do not continue to support any punitive system of man is, that whatever pain or trauma or destructive loss or deprivation of life or liberty suffered by me (or you) at the hands of anyone, be it an "uncivil" mentally disturbed civilian or a "terrorist" or a mandated magistrate and his enforcement department, is simply the fulfilment of God's "As you did sow so shall ye reap" karmic return unto me for my past defiance of God's "Go in peace and love one another" command in this life or another time and place (pre-incarnation) and, it has naught to do with my refusal to breathe in a breathalyser or any tax fee demand or punitive "reprimand" by "Caesar." (state rules) 

This "factor" and fact needs to be examined closely by all members of our community such as yourselves that are enforcers for the Dark Sovereign Power, for your complicity to imposing "suffering" upon me and my family places you into His "fatal" arms, for He and His immutable Law and Might will ensure that you suffer the same suffering or loss or deprivation at a later time and place chosen by Him.

It is truly the time for all men to make a commitment to only conform to God's Commanded "peaceful and loving" ideology, for in so doing one receives a positive "bountiful" return of love and kindness, and one avoids ongoing suffering. As my daily "action" is from now forth only positive, I remain in conformity to God's Command, and as I suffer any "abuse" without revenge and in non-retaliation I clear my past spiritual debts and become a free man spiritually. Those as you and those that fund and support you are factually "accruing" a painful spiritual due for every "act" that you do that is contra to God's command.
