Open Letter to: Police Officer Senior Constable Russel Walter
C/- Launceston Police Station, Tasmania

Dear Russel,

In our discussion held when you "arrested" me and my son on the night of the 23rd of July 2004 and forced us to abandon our car, I indicated to you that I was not a member of your system of belief in that I heeded God's Command to Only be loving and live peacefully with one another.

You at that time "read me my rights" under your "book of rules" by telling me that what I said "May be used in evidence against me."

I now write to you and in "return" inform you of what I believe are your "rights" in God's eyes in relation to your actions on that night, and in your actions of aiding in your persecution of me via your "complaint" and testimony against me. 

These are acts that deny God's One Command to: "Only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving and to live peacefully with one another." They thus invoke the negative aspect of God's One Law being: "What you do to others will be done to you on an eye for an eye basis," and whatever is suffered by me as the result of your "attack" will become a future due to be similarly 'met' by you at the hands of others.

I believe that it is crucial for us all to understand the importance of our daily actions in regards to this law with its immutability and inevitable "just & equitable" return," for police officers in their daily duties are daily forced by man made rules to themselves commit crimes and contravene God's Only be loving Command and they thus invoke upon themselves a negative karmic return ahead. For in God's eyes, a "crime is a crime" whether you are serving the Police "mandate" or otherwise.

You also witnessed Magistrate Shott's inability to allow myself as a peaceful member of the community to live according to my conscience and belief and God's Command. For in his judgement upon me he denied me freedom of religious tolerance (belief) as enshrined by the Constitution of every land but Treasonably "defied" and denied by all Magistrates:

The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion,

This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians.
Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

It is thus that Mr. Schott further condemns himself under God's One law, as he persecutes me for my religious belief as he exercises his belief that a rule in his book over rides the guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion within his book of rules.

This is an act of religious intolerance and religious persecution, that sadly he and yourself and prosecutor Hibble and the condoning and funding public are all guilty of and will ahead suffer, for under God's One Law: "As you sow so shall you reap." 

I believe that the Tasmania Police Service has the opportunity to be the first on the Planet to implement positive change, so that those "serving" as you are are not placed in any spiritual danger when on duty.
