Letter
to Editor of local newspaper
newspaper, report, copy,
accurate reportage
Dear Editor,
I enclose a copy of my Statement by Submission and the questions to the arresting officer to be presented and used at the Launceston Magistrates Court at 2.15 pm on June 4th.
I forward these ahead so that should the newspaper choose to report this happening, it has a copy of the details for accurate reportage.
I have decided that it is now the time to not only comply fully with the God of my belief, but to also now “test” the “honesty” of the Tasmanian judiciary, for I state that if they are true and they do “operate” within the “bounds” of their own Institutional Constitution Acts, then I will be set free under the Tasmania Constitutional Act 1943 section 46(1).
But if I am “convicted” and punished, then it shows all Tasmanians that the policing forces and judiciary believe that they are above their own Constitutional Acts rule, and are thus “anarchists” who are out of control due to their false belief.
I
also state that “as” the rules of man's legislation states quite
categorically that no man can “intrude, invade, kidnap, hold hostage, or abuse
or kill” another, that both the police and judiciary who do these
things believe that due to their “mandate,” that they are not only above
these rules of their own Institutional law, but that they also are
“above” the one Law of God: "As you do is done unto you."
