The time has now come whereby if I am to follow my "ideology" as is granted by God as well as "man's" Constitution, (refer to note on the "Act") --- that is in fact my religious belief, and adhere to God’s CODE of Conduct Command being: "Go your way in peace and do not disturb the peace of others and be merciful and forgiving" --- then I believe that I cannot deny and defy my God by “belonging to” any Institution that has any contradictory beliefs and policies, and it is a proven fact that Local, State and Federal Government Institutions have raised up dictatorial rules (edicts) that contradict the belief I hold sacred.

For their “rules” contain the contra ideological belief enabling them to defy my God and to tax, seize, fine, punish, wage war, and kill.

This web page is prepared for those who wish to read on and understand the personal implications of either conforming to, or not conforming to God's One Command of: "Only be loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving, and live in peaceful co-existence with others" at all times and in all circumstances.

Presently, every community on earth is controlled and enslaved by systems of government that rule "dictatorially" using legislated rules and regulations with punitive "attachments" for non compliance. These Institutional "Systems" demand and enforce their self funding via monetary extortion from the community using force of arms to exert control.

We the community members, are thus being forced into funding the punitive ways of these "governing" institutions and we are thus as members, being "forced" into denying God's Command through our support of a contra and "dark" punitive ideology. This applies also to the "State" officials who are themselves unknowingly walking the wrong way through ignorance.

This is an example of one man's journey in leaving the "governmental" systems as he strives to become a free man.

I have chosen to heed God and place God's Command above man's text book rules. The implications of doing this are that you then fall "foul" of man's punitive rules and regulations and expose yourself to a negative karmic return, accumulated whilst previously being a MEMBER of, and living within, that system.

This accumulated negative karmic debt occurs when you vote for, condone, fund and otherwise support the system of government as it persecutes others. For you become spiritually responsible for the "actions" of your servants, the officers of the Institution, who cause suffering to others during the course of their duty to the rules.

Within the index are documents that detail my court submissions made in defence of the charges made against me by the government systems and other related correspondence, as I ceased to vote for, fund and otherwise support the "system." This occurring as I endeavour to heed God's Command and live harmoniously and peacefully within my community. They are mainly related to so called traffic "offences."

They are provided hopefully as an inspiration and as an information resource for others who like myself, wish to or have chosen to heed God and live in peaceful co-existence with one another. They thus having chosen to not vote for, condone or fund punitive systems such as local, state and federal governments.

The reader can follow the procedures and processes of the Tasmanian court system as it tries to extort funds from myself and you may gain an understanding of how this "system of funds extortion" works and what is the loving way to "respond" and the implications of not complying to their demands.

Note: I am happy to support the community welfare and maintenance of roads etc, but I do not wish to fund the "enforcement" agency of the Institution that names itself "The State Government."

When one leaves the spiritually suicidal "cradle" of being a MEMBER of a punitive governmental system, you are exposed to the fullness of its negative processes as you, the "sheep leaving the flock," are attacked by its "wolves."

This is due to two reasons. Firstly it is due to the State officials not conforming to the "dictates" of their own "Constitution (Australian)," wherein it clearly states that people preferring to live by their own "different" ideological beliefs must not be forced to be a "party" to the doctrine of the Institution.

Secondly, you are penalised by these "ignorant" officials due to your "reaping" or "suffering" at their hands for your own past actions, in being a (past) supporting MEMBER of the system as its officers inflicted painful processes upon others. The wrath of God needs to be suffered to pay the karmic debt for your past support of the punitive Institution, but its officers need to try and see that they in fact do not need to be your "persecutor" as God can do it without their help. For any punishment they impose becomes their due, as well as a further due upon their supporters.

This document that you now read should be "seen" and read as secondary to the reference above and is an example only of one persons journey through this freeing time. It does show that it is "survivable" and that it is possible to become a truly free man or woman and live peacefully within a community. Some may ask why attend the court? when it is easier to stay at home and just suffer what comes. My reply is that one attends court out of compassion for our spiritually poor and blind brothers and sisters who are caught up as players within the judicial system, being the judges, magistrates, court attendants and their enforcers, the police, and other community members that accrue a spiritual "debt" even when they are asleep for their complicity.

All these "State enforcers" are spirit souls that are entrapped through ignorance and blinded by the darkness, as they believe they are doing the "right thing" as they daily inflict pain and suffering upon their brothers and sisters as they endeavour to uphold and enforce the "rules" of the system.

They have either forgotten God's ONE LAW that is absolute and immutable and that says: "What you do to others will be done to you, on an equitable, just, and equal "eye for an eye' basis," or they believe that the "state mandate" protects them, or they believe that "Jesus will forgive them" or, that "Jesus died on the cross for my sins" or, that "I can go to my church and be forgiven of my sins," or that "God doesn't exist" or,... they place higher the need to earn a "living."

Whatever their reasoning, in the face of God's "Only be loving" Command that they deny, they are placing themselves in a spiritually suicidal position where they will by God be forced to "suffer" on an equal basis for all misery imposed upon others during the course of their duty to the rules of man. These souls are blind to the fact that the rules and regulations they are enforcing are simply "dictates of men" that are only text written within a book by others equally blind. Thus when you are attending court and before them and the others gathered around, as you state your truth about the need and reason to Only be loving and peaceful and forgiving at all times, and the karmic consequences of doing otherwise, then you give those so entrapped the opportunity to see the error of their ways and to save themselves from a fate "worse than death."

THE BASIS of my religious belief is that there is a supernatural power that some name "God" and others name "Allah," and that God’s Code of Conduct Command is supreme and is to be obeyed at all times and adhered to above all contrary edicts of man and his institutions.

I believe that God’s CODE of Conduct Command is:

"Go your way in Peace, and be merciful, compassionate, and forgiving."

I do believe that:

I must obey my God who is all-powerful and is omnipotent and omnipresent.
I must not abuse others but that I must respect all others.
I must not steal from nor kill or maim others.
I must not steal from others via taxation, "theft by servant."

I must be merciful and forgiving and I must not retaliate if I am abused.
My God “commands” me to never disturb the peace of others.
My God “commands” obedience to His Word.
My God has one immutable & inviolate Law: "As you do is done unto you."
