Dear Sir,
Ref:
Appeal No: LCA 24 of 2003
Kenneth John Atherton (Appellant) & Michael Bonde (Respondent)
By
the persecutionary actions of the prosecution and the subsequent sentencing
of the magistrate, it is apparent that the police and the Magistrates Court
judiciary have not only 'challenged' the authority of the Australian
Constitution, but they have also usurped its stated mandate and, - -
- have shown God and man their intolerance of the religious belief
of others (myself) and, - - - have committed an 'act' of religious persecution
against me and, - - - and have committed sedition and treason against said
Commonwealth Institution Authority (Constitution).
Please
find enclosed a copy of a notice of appeal, lodged with the Supreme Court of
Tasmania that contains matters addressing the Constitution of Australia. I
am advised by Judge Slicer of the Tasmanian Supreme Court that prior to this
appeal being heard, that I must advise the Attorney Generals of the States
and Territories of the matters at hand .....................................
in order to satisfy the Judiciary Act 1903 section 78B.
- - - This
I now do.
I
also attach a copy of my 'Statement of Submission' to assist you in coming
to your own 'conclusion' in this extremely important matter that has far
reaching consequences to all parties concerned.
To
assist your referencing, I attach all three documents that include this
letter, and when printed off they will be marked:
